It's not possible to make a *decent* mould out of an item that isn't hard. The factory lip is made of a rubber like material and can not be duplicated 100%. Thus leaving room for error and when you're playing around with expensive gear like carbon fibre you just can't have this. I was actually behind this group buy (with the obvious help of dezz) but it's just not happening. The sample has been sent off to the carbon fibre factory in Taiwan but unfortunately it can not proceed. Sorry guys, I wish there was something we could do but we can't. I was unaware of the moulding process until after this EOI for a group buy was organised. I personally didn't think it would have been a problem. Greg

I've seen the R32 splitter trial fitted on an R33 GTS-T and it didn't fit. The dimensions were similiar but it just didn't fit. Greg

Hi Micheal, unfortunately it makes it very hard as the kit is designed specifically for the GC8 WRX. As far as modifying it we don't know and wouldn't know until it is fitted to a car which would take a fwe hours to even determine. If you're in a Subaru club or something like that, possibly someone on there can help? Maybe someone on there has attempted to fit a WRX kit to a Forester, as we just really don't know if it will fit, and can't guarantee if it will fit to a car other than specified. Sorry for not being able to help you too much Greg

It really depends on how far the kits off from fitting on your car. If it is only a little bit of mucking around to fit on a different car than intended then it will still be a very cheap option over custom. If it's nothing like the WRX kit then it's best to go custom. Only you can decide if it's worth it or not. Greg

Just a note: The number that Michael would have received on deposits would be the BSB number of the branch where the deposit was made. This will also be on the deposit slip, stamped on and should be a 4-6 digit code. Alternatively you can call the branch to find out what their BSB number is.
