There is a difference between putting panels on so you can have larger wheels, and putting fake GTR badges on your car. Putting wide body guards is nothing to be ashamed of, where as putting GTR badges on any other car that is clearly not a GTR is crazy. When I was in Hong Kong a few weeks ago I was a Pulsar (sunny over there) with GTR badges all over it. Also today when I was in Preston I went past JSA auto on Bell street where I saw a white R33 GTS-T with a TRD sticked across the bonnet... What are people thinking?? lol... Greg

I'm glad im not the only one that looks at "GTR" drivers in GTS's or GTS-T's like they are retards. It annoy me so much.. Why can't people just be happy with what they have? Greg

Yeah, im not 100% sure what series box I have as it isn't out yet. I already broke it after a few days only running 0.68 bar. When I bought mine I thought I was getting something unique What other mods does yours have? Greg

Yeah fair enough. I've only ever owned Nissans (on to my 4th at the age of 19) and I've only had my R32 for a week now but I am truly impressed with the build quality. If I had a family then a commmodore would be alright and for the price they are decent. Plenty of spare parts etc. Skylines cost alot more to maintain as I have already found out... Damn gerboxes.. .lol Greg

Yes I understand that there are different cars for different applications. Eg. I have a modded skyline for Sundays and looking for a Van as an everyday. Overall the build quality of commodores is very very poor. My dad has worked for GM for the last 20 years and is currently a leading hand engineer working in mechanical engineering and robitical engineering (what ever all that means) but he tells me on a day to say basis how poor the quality is and how it is just getting worse as more cheap imports come in. I've got a greddy turbo timer but doesn't do anything like that. I'm still not 100% sure how to use all the features. Maybe get the model number and search on the net for a manual? Greg

Yeah the sound on the RB25 is unbelievable!! Sounds great at 7,000rpm's with a screamer pipe and no cat.. lol I could not believe how smooth it is for a 2.5ltr. Very smooth when your previous car was a 60kw 1.6ltr nissan exa.. lol Greg

I was told by Dom at Protek that the R33 series 1 gearboxes are cable driven and the series 2 boxes are electrical. I have a series 2 R33 RB25 but not 100% sure on the box. I already broke what ever is inside (within 4 days) running 0.68 bar so we'll see what it is and I suppose I can see what options we have. I'll let you guys know what happens. Greg

I know this isn't much help but ive got this turbo on my rb25 and it hits boost around 3,000rpms. Im pretty sure its the 10cm version and its got an extrenal wastegate. Hardly no lag on the 25 and goes strong to redline (at the moment only running 0.68 bar and a shitty tune and still pulls very hard!!) Greg

I need to know the same thing as I have the same problem. Just got the R32 with Rb25 in it and not working Apparently the series 1 motor from the R33 is cable driven. Also I went to install my power FC and noticed that the wires for speed and RPM are not plugged in.. .weird. Greg

Got to love the flames... My gf wont get in my car because of the flames... lol I suppose having no cat wouldn't help... lol Greg

Mines sitting at around the 8ish mark... Aftermarket turbo and makes power all the way to redline Greg
