  2. On your trip and so bored you are on SAU Trentski? Just don't tell the missus and you'll be right
  3. I know there is a lot of love for MiColour here, but has anyone had smash repairs done? Meaning, f**ked up front end, f**ked rear guards, bought back to better than new? Or is most of the work just restorations / touch ups / resprays etc? ...This is just a genuine question. There are good sprayers and there are good smash repairers, rare it is to find one in the same. IE. Show me a f**ked up sorry excuse for a write off and show me the final product. I am just interested thats all
  4. was going to suggest a store that know's their stuff, but it's your funeral Try the following. All have (what I would call) reputable spare parts guys (providing they are working) that are experienced in these sorts of missions... Narre Warren Doncaster Bayswater Cranbourne I doubt any will have one but will be able to get one within a day or two from Monday. (Considering it is Friday night). Godspeed
  5. Try contacting Gizzmo directly off their website. I think they also have a Ebay shoppe. Some Autobarn's also deal direct with Gizzmo and may be able to give similar prices to what Trent sells them for. Roy, PM me if you need a hand obtaining one
  6. Status. Of small amount of tuners I have dealt with Trent & Cat have by far been the best to deal with. Trent will take the time to get things right and if there is ever any issues he is always happy to work with you to get the tune you are after. Every dollar I have spent with Status was/and is worth it.
  7. R31 House do an aluminium replacement for the rear half moon cam cover seals. Cheap cheap too!
  8. long time listener, first time called. This thread has been comedy since day one, can a mod please lock this?

  12. what route are you taking, chandler hwy? Thinking about leaving from Werribe now so I don't have to get up so early
  13. I know the feeling, bubble wrap FTW EDIT: Do we have a definitive list of members attending?
  14. Indeed you cannot, hence why I am skeptical about getting traction with them on the 1/4.
  15. No good for track work, 4 laps and they feel like shit. Drags, will find out what I think. Great street tyre though.
  16. pro tip, don't get shot!
  17. Yeah, they are not as good as they are made out to be Can't wait to skate down the ol ice rink again.
  18. Anyone gonna meet up and cruise to heathcote? Will probably have the car on a trailer, but don't mind cruising alongside others
  19. The pipe underneath? Cut it (around an inch or 2.5cm in metric.). Weld it. Happy days. You will understand where you need to cut it once you have a good look with the pipe underneath. I would also suggest getting the face of the plenum machined, mine was warped and cracked when it was torqued down on the head.
  20. I am thinking now that the exhaust is more free flowing that it is running a little rich. What temps do you see? Failing that as ash said something electrical like airflow metre, it might just need a clean with contact cleaner. O perhaps throttle position sensor. They tend to stuff up. A multiple metre could tell you more about the voltages. Measure then at idle and at light acceleration. (can only really do this in your driveway with the car standing stop and no load on the engine, unless you have an aftermarket computer and tuning software)
  21. If that was aimed at me.... you wish
  22. Win! http://www.brunetti.com.au/OurFamousCakes.aspx
  23. keen, it's been about 4 years since my last drag day
  24. T67 is the 20G with bigger compressor. You could put a 10cm exhaust housing on the rear of the L2 or the T67. And from what you have mentioned I do not think that the compressor housings are interchangeable between the L2 and the T67. Keeping in mind that the 25G and the L2 are not the same turbo.
  25. Shitty phone pic... GO RB20 GO!
