HEHE Luckliy the figures that I'm chasing are higher. I totally agree that on pretty much any RB20 its not necessary, but it does get rid of alotta pipes and hoo ha when you wanna get to something on the engine OH, and if youve spent the money everywhere else and am stubborn like me and wanna stay RB20 then go for eeeeeettttt

Got this today....Its a KU Engineering one....Friggin top notch welding and design....Im stoaked...Should go nicley. EDIT: Its really shiny too just my camera sucks the fat wang! (not that shine does anything for its performance) Also its fairly thick - the chamber, not just my old fella so it shant have problems leaning out a rear cylinder. But time will tell..

Interestingly enough the new internally gated GT3582 from garrett has a bit of a donkey. Aparently the design doesnt flow the gasses well enough to efficiently get them out of the wastegate hole. This is from one report from a close friend. I say go external gate .63 (You can get these IIRC) and be a man

Also, there is no way I would start the car when you get back without fresh oil. Making the oil go cold (I mean really cold) and warm again in the winter will break down the oil, making it waxy. But as racsov said, get it driven every now and then

When I found chunks of dirt and small rocks in my intake pipe (from AFM to turbo). Although, it came with the car and Im guessing was a no name POS.

everyone talks about filtration vs. flow. From personal expreience steel mesch ones have decent flow but in my case shocking filtration. Id rather more filtration than flow, a restriction of 3kw is better than a stone in a cylinder!

SE, I can think of Strutfit (Lance is an older bloke and knows alot of old school stuff, but he is well priced and will chat your head off) He is in Dandenong, Ive never had him do anywork, but he has helped out a few of my workmates with alot of stuff. Could be worth a chat to see if he is interested in helping you out.

I think in vic its now 12months walking and a possiable conviction (unless you show remorse ) + $700 ish in fines Either way as people have said, his word counts in that situation even if you weren not in a "manner dangerous" get some nice runners and a good legal rep.
