If you want to get one, then get one but here is my advice
Dont skimp on insurance - if it gets stolen, bye bye $15k or whatever you spent on it. Theres nothing more fun than paying off a car you dont own anymore because you decided 3k was too much.
Just remember, you looking at 10 year old cars. Things break. If you cannot find them from a wrecker they have to be brought in through Nissan, via Japan - its not cheap to get parts
Be prepared to open your wallet . On a apprenticeship wage i doubt you would have much money left after insurance, fuel, car repayments, and whatever other bills you have - i could be wrong, but thats the way it goes for most of us. Ive seen guys eating 2min noodles every day because they cant afford to go food shopping.
If its still really what you want, then you will enjoy the skyline world
