Cheers Joshua!!! The gearboxes were priced to sell hence why I wasn't asking for ridiculous pricing considering the work that's been done to them.. As you can see, I haven't been bumping the thread every day so I'm not desperate to get rid of them either. If I don't get the price I'm after they can sit at Racepace for ever. In saying that the 33 box has been sold pending payment, and the clutch has also been sold. So the 32 box remains.. Cheers

If your a workshop and entered in the clubman class one would think that there wouldn't be much to show off besides bodykits and wheels, not trying to be rude but if I had a workshop I'd want to show the public how competitive the car can be on semi comps not shitty street tyres.. But hey, that's just me.... Unfortunately the rules cannot accomodate for everybody, so I reckon we just get out there and have some FUN!! AND PLENTY OF DRINKS AFTERWARDS!!!!

I've heard quite a bit about your car, seems to be one of or maybe the only one that's very quick in NSW.. So what times were you doing at OPGP?? That way all the guys doing the superbattle can have an idea of what they should be chasing (besides giant)...

mmm, I see your point. But tyres would cost me around $1.5k and I'd need new RE55s anyway coz after PI this weekend they'll be shagged. So I have to spend the money on tyres regardless. Really undecided now, the thing is I've never been to OP so in choosing clubman class I might be in the top 10, whereas open class will definetly see me towards the back...... Will have to sleep on it...

Wrong, Ferrari's and Lambo's have mid-mounted engines.. BB - My car fits all the requirements of the Clubman class, except the tyres, hence why I'd get you to source some RE01R's for me and actually have a chance at the pointy end.... But after some thinking I've decided to go open, never been on the track in my car with street tyres... However it will be interesting since I probably won't have any time to do a practice day to get familiar with the track... I think I've changed my mind again...

Not sure what your smokin dude but they are a R comp tyre, they're not quite up to the standard of RE55S but they are much better than any street tyre out there... So tell us about your 'experiences' with tyres, which have you tried and which would you recommend???

Sandown is a horsepower track, so the specs of the car reflect the time... Either way, THAT'S F@$r%KN FAAAAAAAASTTTT!!!!! Incar footage???

Very interested in this, should be a great success.. Filling out form now but undecided in which class to enter... I totally agree with djr81, street cars with Rcomp tyres would've been ideal, but I guess the rules are the rules!!!! Now who will come second in open class????

WOW, don't feel so bad now that I couldn't make it.. OPERATION DUST STORM FTL!!!! Rosco's car looked like it had been sitting in a storage facility for years after the event... Nothing beats the plush greens of the golf course on the other side of the lake, cars stayed relatively clean when i attended a couple years back....

Looks standard to me with a nice tomei cover and remote oil filter relocation.... Exactly the way I prefer it.... Look at Leewah's engine bay, now that's what you call tough... and scary....

Nur's do not have 300rwkw from factory... GTR's are overrated...
