  1. Results are up: http://www.natsoft.com.au/cgi-bin/results..../2008.WIN.S14.Y Well done to Archie with a P.B of 1:37.0, awesome result making him 3rd fastest on the day... Congrats to those who competed...
  2. Dyno days are supposed to fun, of course there are going to be some people surprised at their result, but who cares?? Dynos are a tuning tool, not for tools to brag how much power they have. Real results are shown out in the real world, on the track. You could have a million rwkw dyno graph, but if you don't have any times do back it up then leave that to the dyno queens.... Credit should be given to times and performance on the track, not dyno figures.... You don't have to be a genius to work out that 117mph doesn't relate to 200rwkw GT-T, doesn't matter how happy or sad a dyno is.... as long as you use the same dyno to tune the car every time you upgrade then your figures are going to be consistent.. That's my opinion.......
  3. Turn 1 at Phillip Island... 200km/h right hander... Enough said....
  4. LOL, are you talking from experience??? Or is it one of those 'assumptions' that every one who never has experienced think they should throw in.... Is the car heavy??? YES, but who cares when it performs the way it does!!!! Don't like the weight?? Go buy a Gallardo Superleggra, that should do the trick...
  5. That's bullshit, it took the Lambo 4 laps to catch up to the GT-R, and Id say it was more the tyres that were cooked and not the brakes... I guess the 'standard' GT-R didn't do too bad against a 'tuned' Gallardo which had more power and less weight... Maybe the V-Spec would give that Gallardo a run for its money....
  6. Dude, the GT-R was quicker than the GT3 in the BM vid on youtube, could you imagine what would happen if it weighed the same as the GT3???
  7. Actually Matt these will not fit a R33GTR without drilling out the hub for the bigger bolt. I know because I had to get it done to fit them on my car.... This kit is to suit an R34GTR, but will fit 32's and 33's with very minor modifications, it will take around 30 secs with the a drill and right size drill bit.... So we can assume R34 GTR/GT-T have the same mounting bolt size on hub and 32/33 GTR/GTS-T have a slightly smaller one. Hope that clears up everything and BUMP for a great brake upgrade for any skyline.....
  8. hehehe, come to think about it your right... The car is for sale...
  9. I use Pirelli P-ZERO CORSA's for the street, awesome performance in the wet and dry., Not cheap though....
  10. Holy crap!!!! That's amazing... I don't think I'd be able to that, I would have fired up the 'R' and gone through every red light...
  11. I'm out, got a function to go to...
  12. You'll need a minimum of 18'' wheels for these....
  13. I've driven a couple of Skylines (1 x 32GTR & 1 x 33GTS-T) with the group buy bilstein kit, and I wouldn't waste my (and your) time...
  14. Is that because they don't know any better?? I find it really hard to believe that all these '150 skylines' have tried the Aus spec super streets and changed to the Bilsteins because they were better...
