I saw the car on the dyno yesterday at Ben's, its definetly RWKWS..
Front wheels sit on a ramp, not rollers....
throw another couple psi boost in it and you'll get your 250rwkws, but risk blowing the turbos..
By the way, very tidy car!!!!
Ummm no dude, they were definetly the 8cm version and they were definetly not as responsive...
And I would put that extra 400 bucks towards some decent dump pipes....
Here ya go Dan, a pic of the ZTUNE bonnet on a R33GTR...
Main reason I put it on is coz it sees a lot of track time as well as street use...
The most I've seen my car reach is 91degrees on the Power FC controller.... mind you it has 350rwkws...
It used to be carbon, but painting it silver keeps away the unwanted attention....
Flame comes standard at any track day, better viewed at night though!!!!
Should be a good day, I reckon its going to be pretty close between the GTR cheaters..
Good to see Snowy ready to have a go after a long abscence...
Fax being sent tomorrow morning, I'M EXCITED!!!
Not sure if its a repost, but found this quite funny..
(warning, very course language!!)Local boys aswell, look out for Bell St Maccas..
Also a mention of 'Godzilla'..
Hi Damien and welcome to the club!!!
If you want to attend some of the Sau/WRX track days it might be a start in reading the supp reggs in the first post which outlines a lot of the requirements for the car and driver...
Alternatively there are numerous threads getting around explaining what's needed in getting 'track ready'...
You can also PM Scotsman (Chris) if you have any questions, he's the motorsport director for SAU, I'm sure he can steer you in the right direction (he's a very good steerer!!! )
Cheers,
Chris - thanks mate, fortunately my bonnet wasn't too bad in regards to length, it lines up with the headlights very well. I have thought about painting the lip, maybe on the next makeover...
