  1. Hey Marcus, What you putting on the rear?? Nice brakes, bet you can't wait to get it on the track...
  2. That car looks like a Hyper tech car, did Eric build it? Can usually tell from the four catch cans... What model turbos is it running?? Would also like to know what events its done with times...
  3. Yeah, and I didn't manage to see the 3400 model porsche GT3 driven by James Dutton!!! Back to the future?
  4. Ditto, I'm sure Chris has done a 1:21.3 at the last track day... Tyres??
  5. Well done guys, great effort.. Troy, looks like all that effort in getting the car ready for the event was worth it, pity about the slave cylinder.... Any times for Sandown?? who was fastest?? We clocked the Z-TUNE at 1:22.4, did it go quicker??
  6. Very sad news, 2 weeks ago I was racing at Calder with the Maserati Car Club, Brock was there with the Daytona, who would have thought 2 weeks later he would die in the same car... R.I.P 'King of the Mountain'
  7. Yes it happens on the day, but you will be in a different group, obviously with other newbees... That way you don't have to watch out for 'faster' cars trying to get past you...
  8. dezz- there is 'driver training' for those who haven't been on track days before, basically you get somebody showing you the race lines on the track at a safe speed... Obviously your driving with the instructor in the passenger seat....
  9. Nice one Andrew, thats an awesome effort... Gotta watch out for you next time were out there together!!!! Bring on Calder!!!
  10. HSV Owners club is at PI on the 15th Oct, must be the one Snowy is going to....
  11. Calder Park on a friday night?? I think that would be your cup of tea Paul.... Or maybe come to one of our track days, see fast cars... go around corners...
  12. Well what an awesome day...NOT! Destroyed third gear on the first lap of the morning practice session..... Oh well, maybe next time.... Big congrats to Chris (Scotsman) on doing a 1:21.3 on a reasonably stock cheater car, those turbos are still hanging in there... you must be getting close to the limit now, although for some reason it won't surprise me if you dip into a 1:20... WELL DONE!!!! Also to Dane, must be really getting the hang of it now, not far off Ray's PB.... Awesome effort.... Looks like there's gonna be long break until the next WRX track day, will have to go and scare some other clubs now me thinks.....
  13. LOL, so looks like your out to give Justine some pointers!!! Watch out, there's gonna be quite a few GTR's out there!!! I'll follow you, might learn a trick or too.....
  14. Damn Snowy, that's a real bummer... That's one less car I have to overtake.. Great weather tomorrow aswell....
  15. Ray is the MAN!!!!!! Good to see your all sorted, looks like there will be quite a few GTR's there on Saturday... Fingers crossed for good weather!!!
  16. Watch out Aaron!!! There's gonna be another GTR out there running sub 1:20's.... No, not mine.....
  17. meggala is in the car carrying business, he has a 3-car car carrier running around town.....
  18. RPM GTR has done a low 1:15 on R compound tyres, full interior, stereo etc.... And people always wondered what happened to all the 'fast' Porkas that used to attend the Maserati club track days when this car started to consistently hand them their a55.... Passing a 'cheater' Porka on the main straight at Sandown like it was parked on the side of the road, PRICELESS.... Bloody Datsuns......
  19. No probs Christian, yes they do bolt up to standard turbos, but unfortunately they are sold pending payment... If sale falls through I'll send you pics of the actual item.... Cheers, Jack
  20. Hey Aaron, better watch out for Clayton aswell, hes pretty quick around Sandown too.... I'M THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  21. Prank- this kit basically bolts up to the back of your turbos all the way to the cat, they are dump pipe and front pipe all in one, longer wastegate pipes allows for better flow/response... Cheers, Jack

  23. So tempted to do this, bit hard losing a weeks work, will have to sort something out... aaaahhh f(ck it, I'M IN!
  24. From that code you have given its obviously for a R32GTR, is it a 10 row oil cooler?? If it is then it should be mounted behind the radiator.. It should be a 16 row oil cooler to be side mounted.. You should also been supplied with brackets and air deflectors if it is a side mount.... Either way it can be modified to fit your car.....
