MSPEC - From what I hear its the stainless manifolds that crack not the cast ones, so I'm assuming its the front pipe coz its stainless..... Thanks for the compliment, ur car sounded pretty horn on the straight!!!! The problems started on my last supersprint... Roy - looking at getting just new rotors for now, but new brake setup has crossed my mind!!!! Frank had family commitments so couldn't attend, not sure about the deal between Aaron and Snowy??

Troy, I've discovered that my car can do wonderful things when pushed hard without fear!!!!! On a serious note its just that I have more confidence in the car than I did last year, especially with the RE55's, the more I push it the more it grips!!! Calder was a good test in regards to braking points, I can confirm my slotted rotors are no longer slotted!!! There are also large cracks going from outside to the inner part of the rotor, so basically they are getting thrown out.... I also have an exhaust leak, my car sounds like a tractor, I'm assuming it has a crack in the front pipe, as I'm using standard cast manifolds..... Oh well, that's motorsport for ya!!! Worth it in the end!!! Bring on PI!!!!!

Aaron did a 1:02.6 in only 2 sessions, I got a 1:04.5..... Was hoping to get a 1:07, so I'm stoked.... Awesome fun!!! Can't get enough of it...... Bring on PI next month!!!!! Hey Dane, T517's are gone. replaced with GT2560R's, similar to 2530's but more response and spool up quicker, they lack the top end of the T517's but I can live with that, so much nicer to drive..... Yeah Matt, what times??????????????

Well, let's just say I did an unofficial 1:50, as the last session of the day was not 'officially' timed for some reason.... Crazy Frank and Steve (Black 550 Maranello) hand timed me in the last session with a best of 1:50.06. On the piarc site I registered a 1:52 in the second last session.... Last time I was at PI my best was a 1:58..... Going to try and dip into the 49's next month.. Roy, turbos feel awesome, so much torque down low and response is second to none compared to old setup.....

Yeah thanks Andrew, I think once u are comfortable and have confidence in the car, u can take most corners with great speed without fear of sliding off, especially with brand new RE55's.... I reckon I could still improve on that, we'll see next month, round 2 is at PI....

I think the 400hp ones are the 707160-10's, which are like 2540's... the 707160-5's are 350hp rated (each)...

Where's Pete (pnblight) when you need him??? He's got some pretty big numbers out of his, about 529rwhp (394rwkws). I've recently switched to these aswell, about 340rwkw, still need to fiddle with cam timing so there's more in it, awesome turbos, great response.... Which size did you get?? I'm using the 707160-5's... Cheers

My oil cooler sits behind the bumper on the passenger side behind the indicator (R33 GTR), I've also got an N1 water pump if that makes any difference.... City driving and idling in traffic it sits on 84, on the highway it drops down a couple of degrees....

Blitz - I have one on my car, the radiator shroud could not go back on, the brackets that the shroud bolts onto are not there, so I'm assuming it may be too thick and it would get too close to the engine if u were to put it back on. With that said, I've had it on the car for over a year now and it has never overheated, the car is driven on the street and on the track aswell, on the street it sits on 84 degrees when cruising.... Hope that helps... P.S I have a pic if ur interested to see how it will sit in the engine bay....
