Andrew - Faxed the form off first thing this morning, my fax machine at home was playing up so the missus had to do it at work.... Should be on the list by tomorrow...hopefully.... Its gonna be 30 degrees on Saturday so the track should be nice and sticky for all you schumacher's (Snowman/Chris), don't think it would make a difference to me as I'll be just strolling along.....

Your right, Frank's got AP six pots, modified transfer case/diffs, and better suspension setup.... Although Andrew is not that far off the pace, I think it was 3 sec at Calder...

wwwrxxx - good to see your having a go with the GTR even though you've only had it for a week.... There is no pressure to compete against the 'other' guys, they've been driving a while with the same car.... I'll be out there chugging along, as it will be my second time on a track, and have quite a bit to learn b4 I get to Frank/Andrew's standard... Last thing I want to do is put pressure on myself to go as fast as them and damage the car... Just to let you know I'm running the same power as these guys (330rwkws), but definetly not the same times.... I was at the Calder track day, the silver R33 GTR that was parked next to Franks for most of the day.... Looking forward to Saturday!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was a great day, good to see quite a few of the SAU boys at the meet, will only get bigger and better... As a first timer, I'd learnt quite a bit about circuit racing, even though my times weren't that crash hot, but I just wanted to ease into the whole concept of going really fast around a track with nice concrete walls around!!!! Also most of you would know that I picked my car up from Ben's the night before (engine rebuild), so I didn't want to give a really hard time.... was more concentrating on race line, braking and the limits of semi comp tyres... Oh well, with a little more practice and much more confidence the times will only get better... Can't wait for the next one!!!!!

Andrew - you'd be surprised at the amount of lag you'll have now aswell!!! Both turbos are pretty much on par with each other in regards to lag, around 5k rpm full boost.... Cams should bring full boost on a little earlier.....

Guys, can organise a dyno day at Protek in Thornbury, 4WD dyno, I'll talk to Ash and organise a date.....

Andrew - Can u please ask ur 'tuner' from WA if he could possibly tune my car aswell while its at Ben's???? Willing to pay big dollar!!!! Oh sh!t, haven't got Tomei cams so looks like I'll have to wait for that extra 90 rwkws..... By the way, i think you should change ur username to WOLFMAN!!!!

Andrew - yeah looks like i'll leave the hicas in, after speaking to Ben looks like my car will be ready Friday instead. Also I haven't got a Cams lic. number so can it be done on the day?? Let me know what needs to be done.... Sounds like your car is going to be stocking a few extra ponies?!!?! Be good to see how we go head to head on the straight!!!! Great to hear Roy!!!! Let's hope it doesn't end up on the back of my truck again!!!! I'm in a similar situation as you but I have confidence in Ben, my car should be ready thursday, which gives me Friday to change over to cheater tyres, change the brake pads, fit longer wheel studs, fit Tomei Hicas lock kit, get wheel alignment and fit fire extinguisher..... Looks like were on a mission!!!!!

I'd be a bit hesitent putting a GTR on one of those rent-a-trailers......

Just get Ben (Racepace) to do it, I'm assuming ur taking it there.....
