Gone into r34 gt4 non turbo model

Rb26 has gone in to a gt 4 r34 model

Hi can anyone shed some light, pin 104 and 106 from rb26 ecu is not connected is this important? If so will i need the fpcm and wire this in? car runs but lumpy and sparks plugs getting really black soot on them. Fueling issues by looks of it have t attached these 2 wires as dont know where it goes?

That is correct what are these wires? For grey plug

this is the tps on throttle body, the grey plug is not connected, what is the grey plug for? the wires from this do they need to be connected? also car is standard no boost controllers 👍

Hi thanks for the response so the engine is a stagea neo turbo, it has one tps sensor with 2 plugs coming out of it. The engine was complete as in picture. the loom installed is from a previous car that was a r34 gtt non turbo loom converted to turbo loom. have zero fault codes, have the odd occasion where the 4wd light flashes, and the slip light flicks on full throttle only. Currently running a stagea turbo ecu. its a mix of everything 😂 its runs good just full acceleration the car hits a wall and backfires. But if throttle is feathered in will go redline. in neutral will hit redline no hesitation. did notice the rear attessa pump was really hot as burnt my hand from it not sure if it is meant to get super hot. what i need to know is on non tcs cars is there only 1 plug with 3 wires? the car itself there is no tcs switch was originally r25de non turbo manual 4wd.

Hi, managed to get engine running from a stagea to r34 gt4, all is well but slip light switches on full throttle at 5k rpm. And loses power. This throttle body has two plugs but i do not have the plug for the throttle body 2nd sensor as in picture. question is what are the wires on the grey plug for? Pictures attached many thanks for any help the loom used from ecu to engine is a previous r34 turbo conversion loom but does not have the plug to connect into second tps sensor plug.

Glad you sent this got me thinking about cambelts and all sorts 😂 so i guess everything is fine but still no cold start high idle arggghh only thing left to do now is compare data from an actual r34 gtt turbo and compare there must be something i must have missed out 🙈 hope its not ome of these posts where there is no result 😂

Good point, as i had to re wire the knock sensor plugs, not sure if i switched them while wiring left on right and right in left. Timing will check and get onto datascan. Thank you guys 😎

😂 cant give up now will update, waiting on diagnostic cable so can check values also

Hi guys mights have found something, started engine when cold removed the plug for the gearbox speed sensor, knock sensor neutral sensor, idle went up higher which is what i need. possible chance car doesnt think its in neutral? will have to dig deeper

Yes coolant is flowing, have bleed from both screws one on thermostat and one on idle control. Coolant is flowing smooth without any air. There is no blockage as used air line and water was instantly coming out of all pipes. This is a tricky one 🙈

Hi yes fully cleaned, will remove today again and clean, have noticed when setting idle learn when i connect the tps plug revs increase ever so slightly, will be checking neutral switch to pin 39 on ecu to ensure this is wired

Hi alot of trouble shooting later, repaced the dump valve back to standard idles better no cutting off, still no cold start, changed iacv, coilpacks, theottle body, iat sensor, as inahve two sets of everything still no change. now i may think it is ecu related as the ecu installed into r34 is from a neo stage 4wd rb25det but it is auto my car is manual from factory. sorry guys dont know how to respond to comments on here thanks for the wiring diagram, im confused as i have r34 gtt here with fuel resistor so i assumed i would need it for this car also. it seems to be working just fine just want to be on safe side. Just need to sort this cold start issue out need it to idle high and then come down once warm

🙈 do the r34 gtt does not have any fuel resistors in place for the injectors? When i google that image it comes back with injector resistor
