My theory is that the fitting has shrunk somehow? or just rusted out 😵 something like that! But I did manage to find an eBay seller that sells them, in modified versions for both kinds. Hey all! I've had a look around the internet and these forums and couldn't seem to find anything to do with this certain heater/water connector that I'm having trouble with! I've attached a pic (please mind the red rtv). I had to change the welch plug directly behind this fitting. So I removed it by giving it a little hammer and it came loose. All good. I expected it to be able to be hammered/tapped back in but it doesn't want to sit tight. How are these in place from factory? Epoxy? I'm just to JB weld it back in? 😂 Mind the silly topic but any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏
