I looking for a blue slip for my skyline r32 gtr which has just been complied in VIC. I am located in the east near potts point, does anyone know anyone around there? can anyone blue slip this car or do they need a special permit? what other documents do I need before I get this regoed?

I have done my compliance in melbourne however I want NSW registration. Can I drive the car from Melbourne to Syd without it being regoed. How about if I get it freighted, can I drive it from the depot to the RTA without issues?

does anyone have a silencer disc i can borrow for a day or so? so the steel wool won't stuff up the system, i just took my place to the local exhaust shop and it was 101db will those 2 things reduce it to the 90db i need? i feel i might have to bite the bullet spend a few hours putting the standard catback on again

I need to get a noise test on my skyline because a police officer told me if i don't they will defect me. I think it will be too loud. is there any way of me temperaroily making it less loud? does a sandwich mesh plate after cat help?
