Just wanted to add some updates. Choose your shop wisely, or if you have the ability to, do work yourself. I went through a total of 2 short blocks without being notified by the shop. The turbos that were installed are basically blown, smoking like a chimney. They told me some smoking would be normal, but this is just not professional practice at all. Now I’m looking into doing the single conversion myself since all trust is lost. I was not given my parts back that didn’t get installed. My remote start does not work anymore and some lights are disconnected still. protect the community, not the shops who degrade the community they “serve and cater to”. You work hard for your money and deserve to be taken care of regardless of how much you pay for work.

Yea it’s super frustrating and beyond unprofessional. I trusted a shop with my car expecting it to take maybe 2-3 months because some parts had to be ordered. Time frame goes by, no update. Ask for updates and they are haphazard. Months go by again, ask for another update, “the car had some issues, we are working through them and replacing parts” =more money spent and no results had. Fast forward to the car being “ready for pick up”. Parts aren’t installed, smoking when coming down in RPMs and while shifting. Check engine light on while accelerating. Car dies and doesn’t want to start up again and more. Not happy with my first experience with a performance shop to say the absolute least.
