  1. Update!!! I feel dumb but hey it’s fixed! 😄 so after many weeks and all of research for a wiring diagram, having bad weather and being busy it helped me to not take the interior a part to find the issue lol! Luckily! I met someone named Michael he said to me since it’s a Automatic transmission you have two switch. one for the shift lock and one for the brake light. so guess what!! I changed the rubber on the shift lock switch that is right beside the brake light switch. both have fallen a part and me well, I thought their was only one switch 😅. Green arrow is where I changed the rubber and the Red Arrow is where I completely failed to noticed.
  2. Thank you 🙏🏼 and yes absolutely 💯😃
  3. Thank you! 🙏🏼
  4. Thank you! 🙏🏼 really appreciate it! To be honest Aesthetically the entire car has been re done professionally. Every rust as been removed and I decided to paint the car the Subaru Sti White pearl. I kept the interior stock except for the steering wheel and cluster it’s a IMPUL. Basic modification just to have a more reliable car to drive. I have Tein flex coilovers and running on Rpf1 18x9.5+15 all around with Michelin Pilot Super Sport 265/35/18. Project Mu brake pads and Rotor. 3 inch Veilside exhaust all the way to the Cat. Engine is stock except little things like NGK Platinum Spark plugs with Splitfire coils. Air intake is K&N and Boosting 12psi on stock Twin Turbo. considering I used to take the car out once in a moonlight haha I enjoyed driving it as it is now. Since last year I’ve been considering to drive the car more often and that it was time to invest more money to the car. So I made myself a list of all the parts I wanted for the new upgrades and I decided that it was time to follow some great Australien builds and I’m going to go Single Turbo. For now the parts that I have laying around are full R35 GTR Brake kit. Full Amuse R1 Titan exhaust, New Clutch kit, R35 Coil pack removing the ignitor. Im missing some parts but next purchase is the 6boost manifold with PTE 6266 gen2 Dual Ball Bearing T4 Divided twin scroll, Stand alone Ecu, wastegate, map sensor, Tomei cams and piston and Im ready to start the build. I will also be changing the suspension but I don’t know what to get yet. I want to change all the control arms and replace every bushings. Stock intercooler is perfect So I will keep it. Of course oil pan as to be changed so we dont get the sixth piston issues and oil cooler kit with relocating the oil filter 😅. I’m aiming for max 600-650 since I want to keep it comfortable to drive. I can With out changing cams and piston but I want to keep it reliable. I will definitely keep you all updated! It wont be this winter I like to start my projects when all the pieces are ready in hand. It makes everything easier and we are almost there 🙌🏼 I have a hard time focusing on one car at the time haha. can’t wait to get started! Will keep you posted 😄
  5. Thank you! 🙏🏼🙂

  7. Hey All! I’ve been following this website since I acquired my first R chassis back in 2012 when I purchased my R32 GTR. I never thought about creating an account in the past until today because luckily I was always able to find my answers on this page. Thanks to all the great members in this platform! Everything changed today when I needed to ask a question since I haven’t find a topic about my question so hear I am today a new member and thank you to the admin for creating this forum website because it has been such a helpful tool to me for so many years! I recently acquired a new R chassis it is a 1998 R34 Skyline Sedan a Dorito chassis lol 😆 1989 FC RX7 and a 2011 Subaru Wrx. I still own my GTR and if you have any questions about this chassis, don’t be shy to ask me questions 🙂. If you would like to see some pictures of the cars I have some on my instagram page instagram.com/maplestreetsociety Thank you all for welcoming me to the platform! Hopefully I can be helpful as well like most of you have been to me. Thank you! pierre
  8. Now it makes more sens in my head. I was getting confused. Thank you for lighting things up for me. I’ve been trying to find the wiring diagram since last week but unfortunately haven’t find anything online.
  9. I just read the topic as I just got my self a 98 R34 Sedan as well. I also thought keeping it A/T but after reading your topic I’ll be in a hunt for a M/T swap as well. Im glad to hear your swap went very well! Any advice before I began my Journey? Thank you! 🙏🏼
  10. Every lights are off, I also took out the fuses and the Brake lights was still on. I unplugged the Brake stopper switch and their was still power to the lights. I unplugged the lights directly and it turned off. so the question I should ask my self is is it just wires from lamp to brake switch or theirs something else in the circuit that is related? the only weird thing is when I removed the fuse for the Tail lamp the lights was still on 🤷🏻‍♂️.
  11. Excellent thank you! Will definitely wake up early and start there! The great news is lights turn off when Unplugged from the lamp. but it’s weird that id doesn’t turn off when you take out the Tail Fuse from the fuse box. wondering if by having the break lights on for who knows how long until it drained my battery, sometimes melted in the circuit? I guess there’s no choice but following the wire 😅 I’ll keep you updated.
  12. I tried taking off every 10a fuse to see if lights will turn off but it was a no go. Tried both fuse box. I unplugged the wire from the switch and the lights was still on. im wondering if possibly there is a relay that might be stuck and always open?
  13. The Stop lamp switch, Are you referring to the brake light switch? I removed the wire connected to the switch and the lights are still on. I will put the volt meter tomorrow and try it on. But how is the power getting through even when unplugged? im trying to find a wiring diagram but unfortunately I can’t.
  14. Hey All! I know their is threads about this topic but I can’t seem to find one about what’s happening to my HR34 Skyline. Basically Brake Lights are on when the car is turned Off even when a new brake switch Rubber is Installed. When I press on the brake I hear a little clicking noise like a relay sound where the Automatic Shifter is located. have anyone experienced it before? I would like some advice before I take all my trims apart to find a relay? thank you!
