These are 1994 model right ? im guessing he trading in his car i reckon the trade in vaule would be around 19.500-22.000 and if he was to sell it privately he would get ranging from 22,000- 28,000 mabye, 28 would be pushing it i reckon. The local R32 GTR prices has dropped dramatically due people importing and they are much harder to sell.

I own both cars, i think the GTR is a true race car out of the GTO but GTO does have lot more torque compared with the GTR. But as as daily i would perfer a GTO because the ride is much nicer and comfortable than the GTR but if it was race track i would choose the GTR.

Ive being trying to sell my R32 GTR for the past 6-8 months,advertised for $18500 still no luck.........i ve had a few people come look at the car. Last week christmas eve i had some guy come over looked at the car and offer me $16500, i refused the offer and counter offer him $17500 and i will need deposit by end of last week.Havent heard from him again so now playing the waiting game again. One way to think about this situation is, think about the age group that would drive import 18-24. Then think about the people who can acatully afford to buy one and maintain it. Not many people in that age group would have 20grand + to spend on a car you get the occasion older people that might be interested, hence why Gtrs, Supras and other import that are priced at 20 grand + are much hader and take longer to sell. thats one of my theories.

Well what sort of person did look like ?? was he well spoken well dressed ?? i wouldnt worry if i was you as long you had a sales contract, transfer papers and dobuble checked the name and his driver's license you should be alright. I ve had people coming with cash asked to buy my cars before no big deal.

Whats the problem with you posting useless post on my sale threads ?? just because i was a few days late on sending you the price for the postage, i had already explained to you i was very busy on thoese couple of days and i had to prioritize my workload forgot to get a quote, and now you telling everyone that im some kind of dodgy person. Please get a life and stop stalking my threads and posting false claims.

Where did this occur ?? Brisbane ?? Gold Coast ?? Theres being a fair bit of cars getting stolen at the Gold Coast i was on boostcrusing 2 days ago there was a R33 and 180sx stolen i think so it might being theres.

At the end of the car a Porsche Boxster is more of a prestige and classy car than all the cars other fourm members has mentioned. If your not into goin fast and horsepower just want a nice classy and comfortable car to drive Porsche Boxster is your pick for sure !!
