  1. Used the same EFI hose that I used for the fuel filter hose. Hopefully that was the right hose.
  2. This hose was one of the worse jobs I've had to do so far. When my hose went the radiator overflow started boiling like a kettle. Took a while to even find that hose.
  3. Got around to replacing the hose and can confirm no restrictor under the yellow band. Hopefully one less hose to blow-out on the side of the road.
  4. Great thank you for that. Yeah that is the bumper and spoiler it still has i just hadn't heard of it being referred to as a aero form bumper before. Really appreciate your help.
  5. Thanks I'll keep that in mind when I start digging into that job.
  6. I looked up my other car that is a R33 GTST series 1.5. Anyone able to confirm what a Aero Form Bumper is? (1G) 2 Door Coupe; (2GK + 11V) RB25DET; (4B) 2WD HICAS; (7F) 5 Speed Manual; (14G) Super Fine Hard Coat; (15U) Large Rear Spoiler + Aero Form Bumper + Rear Wiper (Aero Selection)
  7. That link was very helpful thank you.

  9. I've ordered a new fuel pump and plan to do all the fuel tank hoses at the same time. Those are the hoses I would rather not go on the road.
  10. Does have series 2 airbag steering wheel and passenger side airbag also.
  11. Do I have a series 2 or has someone spent money to have a series 1/1.5 look like a series 2? Everything I have read says the series 2 came out in 1996. I have a car manufactured in December 1995. The exterior, engine and interior are all series 2 other than the dash facia is series 1. Paint code is also kr4 that I believe is only available on a series 2. I have a VX Vehicle History Report and it says Grade: GTS25T TYPE M2 Manufacture date: 1995-12 Make: NISSAN Model: SKYLINE Body: E-ECR33 Grade: GTS25T TYPE M2 Engine: RB25DET Drive: 2WD Transmission: F5
  12. Only reason I started replacing hoses was I went for a short drive to the shop the other day and finished shopping and started the car and started to drive off and could see a big trail of fuel in the rear view mirror. Parked up and found the bottom hose to the fuel filter had busted. Lucky I was near a car part store and was able to get a replacement hose and back on the road. But got me thinking I had owned that car for around 20 years and was all original fuel hoses so probably time to replace all of the fuel hoses. Was pretty lucky it went where it did.
  13. I was just going to replace the fuel line and keep the stock one, but they do look pretty nice lol.
  14. I think you guys are right. The only reason I thought it was a restrictor was I had seen the same yellow band on the r32 boost restrictor. Will just replace with a standard fuel hose. Thank you for your speedy replies. I'm sure I'll have many other silly questions.
  15. I tried to search and couldn't find any previous thread. Sorry in advance if this has been talked about before. I'm in the process of replacing hoses on my R33 GTS25-T and came across the hose that runs to the fuel flow regulator(pretty sure that what it is??). The little thing above the fuel filter. It looks to have restrictors(yellow band on the hose). Do I need to replace this for a hose with restrictors? Will replacing with a hose with no restrictors have any positive on negative effects? Couldn't work out how to attach photos sorry.
