by the sounds of it i'd just get a custom complete turbo back exhaust done but thats me... i hate dodgy exhausts and yes there will be a bit of a difference between 2.5 n 3inch specialy if the pipe is chaning sizes all the time

simply sounds like stock turbo limits with that exhuast.. mates got the same problem with his sr stock turbo 15psi... than slowly bleeds to 12 psi as its maxxing the turbo he thought it was his ebc aswell but its not

10 minutes tune got you a 590rwhp reading from a 800 hp turbo on 16.5 psi? whos the tuner.. i might have to use them

hmm dont know the rules for melbourne.. but rb26/30's arent illegal as far as i know how ever 'restamping' a engine number or wat not.. is illegal dont see why using an ex race block/bottom end would be illegal.. as i know of a A9X running a race prepped engine on the street.. (hardly gets driven cause its immaculate) one thing to be carefull of is.. very that is it a genuine race prepped block maybe get the engine number and go down to holden and see if they can find any info on the block to see weather it really is genuine or not Warrick

so how similar would this be to the HKS t04z ? both are ball bearing are they not?

3040 laggier than the T04? the 3040 is ball bearing.. it would spool up before the t04 specialy if the t04 is off getting a bigger exhaust housing

When i accelerate the engine revvs higher then what it should be doin, and only slowly increases speed. ( The only explanation i see is that the clutch is slipping a bit, but find it hard to find why that is, as its a brand new heavy duty clutch) i would be goin back telling them to take it out and check it cause well that sounds like a stock clutch...

price on exhaust doesnt matter.. im making the whole exhaust except for mufflers

I might be keen to do a test on these and compir on a r32, rb26 in the silvia.. stock turbos, could do it with stock dumps and custom 3inch dumps aswell if i end up getting a tig, tests would be done on stock boost(dont know wat it is yet.. as the engine isnt quite in the car yet lol how ever i have to see how the car runs first as it has a mines ECU tuned for jap fuel so i dont want it to go bang regardless

Hey all i know ya gunna say use search.. but i have and couldnt find anything.. im wondering wat is the stock boost for a r32 rb26dett? and also wat the most common size exhaust's used with rb26's still in twin form.. twin 3 into single 3.5 full twin 3inch or wat.. and which people generaly get the better performance out of Warrick

for wat car might help with the boost control kit.. may have one 33 or 34? i assume 33 if so nope sorry.. 34 yes..
