I need a r33 s1 left side mirror, mine recieved a knock from a tight carpark and subsequently fell off. Any colour will do but black would be better. All I need is the plastic outer shell, all the other parts are ok. Qld would suit better to save on freight but if I have to go further afield it will be ok Thanks

Below is a photo of mine with 2.75 lowered springs all round, It looked great but yes it was a bitch to drive and destroyed 3 sets of tyres in under 12000 km's so I opted for some cusco struts and hence have the four springs laying in the garage. My opinion is this, if you are a "every fifth weekend cruiser", go for it but for a daily or weekly driver, dont do it. I had a threshold of about 1/2 hour before the rough ride started to piss me off and I just wished I was in my work ute. by the way, the springs are for sale, pm offers.

I have been holidaying in brissy and toowoomba and up the sunny coast, I did a little over 6000 km's over the last month and I spotted a heap of skyliners, several with Sau stickers, so surely someone spotted me. Black S1 r33 (see avatar for plate)

R33 s1 miss fire - urgent help needed pls

I had the exact same problem, misfire after installing 3" ex fmic and pod filter. turned out to be coilpacks, splitfires went in and fixed it up good now I run 0.9 gap and spark is strong right through. my miss was more prevailant at higher revs but was hesitating from 3000 revs up most the time. -
There are a few skylines and sylvias getting around up here I have seen: white r33 gtr (autobahn owner) r34 gtr v spec about a month ago parked at the overlander carpark next to a brand spanking wrx White r33 gts-t with carbon fibre bonnet (blokes name is whitey I think) silver gts non turbo (dale?? met him nice bloke should look good when he gets the front bar painted) white 180sx lives beside the first and last takeaway shop Red gtir pulsar at the church near the sunset IGA There are many others but I cannot remember anyone from The Isa ???? come forth.

Needed desperately, I got a little too courageous on a corner and popped up a gutter. I need a rear right bottom control arm as mine is now U shaped. My car is A 93 r33 mspec with four wheel steering, I dont know if the ones with four wheel steer are different or not, I would asume so. Anyone with one Please Please let me know. phone 0402 499 108

R32 gtr compliance question

Turns out he imported it for a racecar (he didnt share this with me until I boned him for the paperwork) and it has no papers so I did a big goosestep and now am looking for another car. Seems such a shame because It was a beautiful example of a 32 gtr. oh well At least i know the rules now!! Thanks for the help guys. -

OK I Have just become the owner of a R32 gtr. First thing on the list is a bigger exhaust. Second thing on the list is ?????????? Can anyone tell me what mods I should do first, obviously I want to get the most bang for the least $$$ What boost can a stock R32 gtr sustain before something craps? I have heard thet excessive boost causes a fuel shortage and leans them out too much, also that the compressor wheels cannot hold more than 13 or 14 psi for long spurts. Would it be safe to pull 13 psi on a stock setup? (engine is relatively tight, 80 000 Km) Also just a few queries, probably should post on the braking thread but seing as how I am here, Does the 32 gtr come standard with cross drilled and slotted front and cross drilled rear rotors?? Mine has them and A friend said they must be non-standard. also is my 300km/h dash standard? I believe they come standard with 180km/h but not sure. The car was dynoed recently and produced 196kw@ the wheels, I thought this was good even for a gtr 206kw standard at the flywheel , I figured it would pull about 160 at the tyres??? *edit* Forgot to add pictures http://sneeky.yafro.com cheers

Thanks Perhaps I should tell the seller to do this and just stick with the original agreed price. I bought it as a vehicle in a ready to register state there fore if it is not it should be upto him to complete. If he wont do it how much do you think it wouild cost me to do it?, I will subtract this from the agreed price and organise it myself. It does have a current Qld Safety Certificate should this have been issued? Cheers -
I have bought a R32 gtr from a guy i know, handshake deal but no money has changed hands yet. Basically I am worried about compliance rules The car is a july 1989 model and was imported in september this year. It has no compliance plates or anything which have been issued in australia, all it has is the japanese plate. The seller assures me it is right to register in australia and that the only reason he hasn't done it is that he cant afford it. It does not have a dashlight dimmer and I cant see any evidence of any mods done since it was imported. Can anyone tell me the rules for Qld rego. I dont want to hand over the cash and then find out It cannot be registered. I have been told it is over 15 yrs therefore nothing is needed and the jap plate is sufficient. Is there a site outlining what is needed to legalise this vehicle? Any advice or help would be great Thanks Geoff.
