  9. screw that you got a forged motor, get a oxy torch and cut those POS -5s off at the manifolds and bolt up somthing like jez's turbo setup. 35psi e85, 500kw...... now we talking.
  10. i wish i could be there to have a look, im in QLD now be here for another 3 weeks i was gunna try order the system so its there when i get home so i can fit it up. than all i need to do is drop in my id2ks and jez can give it the e85 treatment.
  11. You can also try tightening the head bolts more. I normally use a 3/4inch drive rattle gun, same ones we use out here in the mines to tighten up 32mm thick bolts.....
  12. They norm have a 3.5inch pipe that goes into the muffler, but than when u look inside the muffler there's only a 2.5inch pipe inside it. So it creates a restriction, and also they go down to like 3.1-3.2 inch at the flanges. I've also seen the cannons only have like a 2.5-2.8inch pipe inside it. Just have a good scope around it mate with a camera and tape messure
  13. Can you take some measurements of the pipe and some pics of the inside of the muffler, so we all can have a look. Doesn't it go down to 80mm anywhere?

  16. yea paul, its all standard, its even the factory fuel lines, and rail just with id2k injectors and the plugs rewired. Oh his got cam gears on it.. but thats not out of the norm.....

  19. The BeeR fronts which are the ones that are stainless steel in the pics, with the tuned length pipe work, are 2.4inch into a 3.2inch merge. = $350 plus post The custom front pipe the black ones in the pic, are 2.5inch into a 4inch merge. $150 plus post

  25. A front pipe, bolts to the dump pipe, than to the cat. The BeeR tuned length front pipes are for factory positioned twin turbos
