  1. the pics are abit small, can i ask how high are you reving this thing???
  2. as long as you have a decent amount of fuel in your tank when going fast around corners and taking off real hard it shouldnt be a prob....
  3. Yea I seen em. For the money if rather make my own setup using Nismo pumps. But yea they look the goods
  4. Yea lol not to keen on trying it myself. It's hard with the r32 tank, as there's no way you can fit both pumps into the cradle in the bottom of the tank. So I spose the way I've got it, is really the only way you can do it, unless you mount the pumps to lid and hang the pick ups down.....
  5. I was Gunna take a pic of my setup, just to c what people think, but I'm to scared to stick a camera in the fuel tank and take a photo or put my phone near it to take it. Way to much fumes around, and the flash will most likly blow up my shed...... So Fark that
  6. ATM I'm only making 330rwkw, but Im making a 4inch exhuast and installing some id2ks going for around 400, it doesn't matter ATM anyway as a built motor will be going into this car shortly so I more as well set the fuel system up. How did you mount your twin pumps in the tank???
  7. you have a twin entry rail yea? one pump for each end?
  8. lol crazy, so the pick ups just sit at the bottom of the tank flaping in the wind? no baffle kinda thingo like the 32?
  9. what did u mount the pumps to inside the tank? i did basicly the same thing with the big hose clamp, i clamped my pumps ethier side of the cradle. so my pick ups arnt inside the baffle thing in the bottom of the tank, but the picks are ether side of it, at the lowest point. im in the middle of relocating my battery, once its in the boot ill run a similair setup to you with wiring..... ive just got a Y section atm in the tank joining the 2 pumps into 1 factory line, as im only running a factory rail atm.... but ive got a sard rail here and im considering running twin lines and puting one on each side of the rail... but see how i go.
  10. any info on the install for the twin Nismos, i put twin nismos in my car last week. are yours wired to the battery? or are they just wired into the factory wiring? how did u mount them in the tank? cheers
  11. i no the spots you need em for, i just got 2 45deg peaces of 4inch and once my mufflers are here i i get to that point, ill just cut em a the right deg and weld. Its gunna be hard to get it all in one peace becasue the sub frame is right in the way, and the pipe kinda needs to twist and bend at the same time for it to be tight and close the car and be on the right angle into the rear muffler...... let us know how it goes down, my mufflers are still 10days away : ( .............. e85 me already...... hahaha
  12. why dont u get 2 90deg bends and make your own S bend?
  13. i think its stupid, If u cant afford to put the right fuel in a 1000hp street car..... than u shouldnt own a 1000hp street car.... simple as that, performance cars use expensive fuel.... i understand dual maps on 98/e85 as e85 is not available everywhere so it would get you out of trouble, trying to cheap out on fuel because your to tight to put the right stuff in, is just stupid....
  14. I installed my twin Nismo fuel pumps yesty ready for my e85 tune. Just wanted to c what you guys thought of the way I did it. I pulled the old pump out, than put the old cradle back in that baffle system down in the tank, I got both the pumps but the large fuel pick up sock on the bottom and droped em into the tank, got a large hose clamp, wrapped it around the pumps and the cradle, and tightened them up, the pumps are separated one on each side of the baffle system, the pickups are at the lowest point of the tank, and the pumps are on the same angle as the factory pump would be. Than I got a Y section and ran the feed lines into it and than a single line to the feed on the lid. So basicly the pumps are apart, lowest point of the tank, and Y into 1 line. I took it for a run last night once everything was put back together, and everything works fine, gauges all good, fuel low light works. No fuel surge even when the fuel gauge is basicly on empty. What you guys reckon? Sound like its Gunna b ok? How's everyone eles been fitting twin pumps in GTR tanks??
  15. whos making your exhuast up for you by the way?
  16. any pics of this tip installed, i seen em other day when i ordered my mufflers from the states for my new 4inch, but i didnt no how well it would fit or if it would look half assed. Mic get onto summit racing.com, heaps and heaps of mufflers on there, just put all the search info in, like what you want, 3.5inch centre to centre or oval or what ever and look though em till you find what you want. i got a flowmaster 4inch to 4inch off centre flow though and a 4inch straight though cannon polished stainless off em for $430 posted. i wanted to keep my titanium tip too but i couldnt find anything, this slip on tip mite be the go but. any pics guys??
  17. the atmo bov's dont contribute to this???
