Want to sell me some of the bolts that hold the to cam covers onto the head. The small bolt with the rubber seal and washer. If so, how much for 4 of them. Posted to 2261

Pm DVSJEZ When I did my nismo twin pump setup he sourced some e85 fuel line for me. He uses it on all his cars in the shop. I put some in a glass jar, along with the wiring I used to wire up the pumps, and filled it with e85 It's been in there for 6 months and last I checked it, it was fine no signs off any deteration

That's not too bad, I've got a tomei Ti it was alot cheaper, but it's stupid loud. What kind of prices would we be looking at if we went staino?

I've got twin Nismo pumps in my tank. Mounted either side of the cradle inside the tank, I sat a pump on each Side of the cradle, than put a large hose clamp around the 2 pumps and the cradle, and tighten them up. For fuel lines I ran a line off each pump, into a Y section just before the lid of the tank. For power I ran in 2 extra wires, for the second pump, they both ran on direct power to the battery, (which is in the boot) I have 2 relays 1 for each pump. So far works perfect, never had any surging issues, even when running the tank low. Like real low, light being on. The car only on 98 ATM with -5s. The fuel is setup for e85, when I'm home from work next, it's getting the intercooler changed and going for a e85 tune. So time will tell if its enough fuel, but I'm sure there will b heaps.

Yea I can't blame him ethier specialy the gtr he sold me, the thing is mint. Not only the paint, but all the suspension is still so tight and not flogged out. A/c works, it drives like a brand new car straight of the showroom floor. He'll never find another one like it. Everyone that drives it can't believe how new it feels. I'm glad I've got my hands on it....... And it will stay under its covers in my garage for many more years to come. : D

6k for a factory rb26? Huh Try 3k for the motor and 1.2-1.5k for the turbos.

Kurtis car has a very linear power curve on the street, when he took me for a run in it, even on high boost it would hardly brake traction. It came on very low in the rev range, and pulled smoothly all the way to redline. Not like a laggy single setup or twin setup which has the nothing nothing nothing and than bam it ramps on hard wheel spins all over the road, than bogs down when u kick it up the next gear.

Any reason why it needs to a freshen up? Is the motor blown?
