  1. I remember reading up on these Zero R's in a magazine a few years back very tough
  2. nahhhhh! As chopper says; "perish the thought!" long gone mate... i still do my grocery shopping there though
  3. when i was much younger i left my job as a cook for a nursing home due to staff redundancy and receiving hardly any hours in a week... walked into Foodland Newton, asked for a job; they said no worries, 'see you tomorrow night'... lol
  4. seen an R33 gtst on payneham rd, custom slightly-bronze/gun metal painjob, very low, stock rims, nice kit all round (i didnt see the front long enough to really identify which kit it was), custom D wing -double the tail legnth of the usual D wing looked pretty nice... not your average looking gtst! i'm pretty sure it had for sale details on the rear quater windows
  5. it looks great dude I really want to grab a set of meshie rims like that for my 33, but i need an education in wheel offsets! i've got some weekend reading & searching to do
  6. those rims look tough on your car Kye, are they Weds 'kranze' meshies? out of curiosity, whats are the specs / offsets?
  7. what a wanker!
  8. congrats on the purchase mate! I havent actually seen one around Adelaide in that colour, nice! I'm trying to twist my missus arm into buying a Stag instead of a subie rex wagon or liberty wagon
  9. cheers mate! i might shoot ya a PM down the track to get a better idea and plan it out
  10. lol shit, sorry luke! nothing against auto salon at all, just generalising the fairy poser personality craig mentioned a little... I shall shutup now.
  11. good point!
  12. true hey. ah well theres a little project for me to do on one of these future weekends! i seriously cant remember the last time i turned my stereo on, the vibrating rear speakers give me the shits...
  13. agreed, subs FTL. 6x9s + a good set of 6 inches in the door is all you need for a nice clear sound.
  14. heres a quick snap: might be able to mount them vertically/diagonally or something... i've got fusion 6.5"s under the stocko covers but one of em is blown and vibrates/sounds like shite. been meaning to replace em for years
  15. lol, one of those guys hey... send him to auto salon where he belongs.
  16. looks great dude! i've always wanted 6x9's in my 33 as well. I'd do exactly what you've done, but my rear strut brace lives on the parcel shelf...
  17. +1! that photo is brilliant! the blue 32 is very photogenic...
  18. there are plenty of good spanking new 'bolt on' systems (ie front pipe + cat back) that you can buy, but you'll end up paying a considerable amount more than what you'd pay for a custom system. I'd personally source a dump/front pipe + hi flow cat, and a second hand japanese cat back from a wrecker. If you're fussy, buy a nice rear muffler on its own and get the cat back pipe work fabricated at an exhaust shop like Criag mentioned. You'll save $$$ and your system will be just as good as the rest of the brand name bolt on systems you can buy brand new
  19. seen a very nice silver R33 GTR in the city not long ago. had bronze rims - similar to WORK CR Kai, and LED tail lights <--(meh!)
  20. looking for an R33 boot lock with swivel badge
  21. +1 for a set of splitfires. i've been meaning to buy some for a while now. My std coils are toasted!
  22. most likely a spark issue; ie spark plugs/gaps or coil packs
  23. from the show 'Balls of Steel' that aired on ch9 a couple of weeks ago. LOL
  24. excellent! thanks for the info Ryan/Adrian/Craig will definitely contact Aussie Dyno next week and book'er in.
  25. true Adrian, i reckon i'll get a workshop to carry out the work on this one, i'm pretty good at breaking stuff!
