  1. Nissan boat power!
  2. looks like a nice clean car mate, congrats!
  3. go easy guys, shit happens... Mark, its a must to be lawyered up for these situations. Driving whilst disqualified is a criminal offence.... i learnt... got thrown in the fkn watchhouse for the same thing, and later down the track after the court biz finished up, the fine was ridiculous. I was lucky they didnt give me a suspended sentence to prison... my record aint too flash, and neither is yours by the looks of it. Just hope you got the coin and are ready to fork out for a trust account with a lawyer, which can be quite a hefty amount depending on who you choose to represent ya. I reccomend Nick Vadasz on Currie St. Good luck mate
  4. Bunnings on Nth East Rd Modbury has a big wall of em to the left as you walk in from the entrance facing Nth East Rd
  5. Looks tough mate, and the price he is asking is pretty reasonable. Do your homework though. There are heaps of threads on here re people wanting to buy a skyline for the first time / new to these sort of cars. And if youre worried about the locker, test drive it first. I drive around with a 2way in my daily. I cant get enuff of it! clunk clunk clunk clunk
  6. Fkn quality.
  7. if that doesnt solve your problem, its this thing: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/R3...hl=window+relay DO IT!
  8. a real shame mate, sorry to hear like you said though, at least everybody walked away uninjured
  9. those R33/4; looks fkn shit house imo. looks like some imbred cheap conversion that the japanese equivalent of Aus bush mechanics have put together. the face just dont match the arse! a nice curvy rear with a boxy edged front :vomit:
  10. if you think you need a new switch pack, ring these blokes: Import Spares, 8266-0212 2 Sleaford Road, Windsor Gardens http://www.japaneseimportspares.com.au/ I bought one from them a few months back. They had quite a few in stock. Just make sure you bring your current one in and match the looms, because either they are either different between series 1, and 2 models of the R33, OR there are other model Nissans out there that have the exact same switch packs -just different looms.
  11. thats fkn hilarious! -edit -well the fine aint hilarious, but sideways in front of the chops. you're a lucky bugger! i dropped my clutch at 3500rpm, spun the wheels a little in a carpark, and they wanted to impound my car!
  12. ^ exactly. undue noise = hooning.
  13. is your drivers control switch completely stuffed? or is your window just not working (but switch feels fine)?
  14. The old man is busting my balls to clear some of my shit outta his shed. So for now, skyline wise; 4x R33/S14 stocker rims - seen a coupla kerbs in their day - all with khumo 225/50/R16 tyres - not exactly bold - good for drifting/burnouts/general scallywag driving activity - $100. Apexi SAFC type 1 - (with the yellow illuminating knobs) - all wires in tact. $50. will post some pics up over the weekend. in the meantime, PM me if interested. SAFC Pics:
  15. not sure if this one was posted before. from the UK show 'balls of steel'
  16. master controls? or the relay module? i have a set of master controls for a 1994 R33 (so if you have a S2, no good to ya, loom is different) but only the passengers side window switch works... so a bit useless yeah. if its the relay module, try looking in the Tutorials/DIY forum. There are threads on how to repair faulty ones. All you need is soldering gear basically. some of the wreckers may be open tomorrow. Check the SA wrecker list sticky thread in this forum for their details, and ring away
  17. too true Benny! Adelaide has a monster of a following for DnB... A lot of the big DJs & acts like Andy C, LTJ, Pendulum, all say that Adelaide is one of their favourite places to play on the globe! I'm in the same boat Lee; hardly venture out into town into the clubs and rage on like i used to. but come outdoor festivals > BDO, FMF, and this: Bring it on!!!!$#$@!*@
  18. there will be heaps of talent there
  19. i'll be there. what a lineup ay!
  20. yeah cheers Steve, im just thinking 5 all blown at once is pretty odd. maybe the dimmer switch has disconnected or somethin
  21. Sorry to hijack your thread Krishy; I was wondering if any chance those fuses in that table ^ would result to the lights behind my speedo/rpm/fuel/oil gauge cluster suddenly not working? (indicators and warning lights are all fine) i did a few searches and noticed a lot of people who had this problem also had their tail lights not working, and replaced the tail light fuse in the boot next to the battery to fix the problem. My tail lights are still working however, and the fuse in the boot is fine... edit- may just be a case of having to taking the cluster out today and having a look at the globes. I thought it was a little odd, as i read that theres a couple of lights behind there (rather than just one) , and them all burnt out at the same time is a bit iffy.
  22. Hey guys! Was just wondering if anyone knows the purpose of theese few unplugged looms. This first one is located on the drivers side near the fuses: These other two are located underneath the centre console, just behind the gear shifter. I'm curious.... Cheers in advance! L
  23. Got my license back a while ago, but have been injured for the last 6 weeks and unable to drive manuals. Only just registered my 33 today, so back on the road. Hadnt properly driven it since January.
