like Carl said Elliot, be careful with your words when writing a complaint to the porks. Most complaint matters of this regard would usually get tossed and put through the shredder without the complaints advocate even taking any action to investigate it. and when you go to chase them up and try and push them into some action desicion making with the complaint, they will reject your request, and just make you line up and go through the system (ie vehicle inspection) like everybody else. mate, some of that stuff you wont need to remove. pod filters arent illegal........my skyline passed through regency with an apexi pod. wheres your power fc located? is it located behind the kick panel where stock ECU sits? anything they dont see, you wont get in trouble for... if your turbo is low mounted and not visible, rather than like a shiny big chrome hair dryer with a huge stainless steel pipe coming out the mouth of it, you'll probably get away with it. any visible interior gadgets youll have to get rid of. - ie avc-r, aftermarket gauges etc.

spark plugs are known to cause this sort of problem. When was the last time you changed the ones you have? and if you did recently, did you gap them?

from what i remember they shouldnt be different... can ya put up a photo of the one you got? i have a series 1, and i can easily identify if its the same or what not

that Ferrari sounds fkn awesome. I seen a red 355 with a black T wing spoiler around 3 years ago on Stradbroke Rd Athelstone (no! - not the owner of city dismantlers), some other oldish guy driving with some old big tall blonde bimbo looking bitch in the driver seat, and i was cruising next to him in the GTSt. It had some personalised plate like 355 F1GT or something similar. We were both at the roundabout side by side turning right onto Gorge rd. i gave him a hand signal so say 'put yer foot down', and that he did> this thing took off slowly in 1st, then changed to 2nd after the corner and punched all the way to a screeeeamin redline, and this thing EASILY hit over 160kph! man that 2nd gear was soooooo fkn long, and you then see the flames out the rear 4 exhaust tips.... ohhhh... *droooooool*

your car is turbo yeah? could be many things mate. dont just go out and get a power fc to diagnose your problem. might be something as small as air leaking in your i/c plumbing.
