  1. he he nice mate. Probably the biggest burnout on a drag strip from a skyline that i've ever seen!
  2. i have 4 R33 stockers with 225/50 khumo tyres (60-80% worn) Rims have pretty much had their share of kissing kerbs here and there. u can have the lot for 100 bucks they are definitely driftable!
  3. MissR34: for the sake of its copyrights i wont post any links. but try and do a torrent search; dont worry, you'll find it!
  4. at one stage going back a few months, i seen around 3 or 4 for sale in various places... always look in places like; trader. carsales, advertiser, etc even eBay had a SA 33GTR for sale a little while back
  5. dont know if its you Pauly, but did you / have in the past / used to / park your car on Montacute RD near Bob Janes? Rims look pretty sweet btw.

  11. sounds excellent mate. whats this stuff worth?
  12. yeah mate, grease if your friend here. avoid wd40
  13. wouldnt suprise me if they get a suspended sentence for re-offending.
  14. installing a HKS Fuel Cut Defender should override this problem? i think. i experienced the same with my Blitz. I didnt mind the stalling every now and then, but i removed it to avoid the boys in blue. The stock one does its job well enough!
  15. wasnt that an Alfa Romeo? http://www.news.com.au/adelaidenow/story/0...5007700,00.html
  16. those tyres must be worth some serious $! awesome though mate!
  17. its the unfortunate truth guys,a nd you know it. not every person with whatever car has full comp insurance. especially a lot of the much younger drivers. i may be incorrect in some peoples eyes, but 1 in 3 turbo skylines that i see on the road today are driven by young drivers. The facts are young drivers = an expensive insurance bill when it comes to these cars... hell - i suffered when i bought my car in 2001. around $3600 per year... i pay almost a quater of that now, so i'd be an imbesile not to have full comp.
  18. and unfortunately, not everyone has (and maybe even can't afford) full comp insurance!
  19. Black32; i wasnt suggesting that people post up "instructions" on how to flog our cars - look at it as a request re peoples experiences with theft, and ways to deter the theiving little c**ts. theres nothing wrong with little tips and tricks to make life harder for the average bandit. some good ideas mentioned guys!
  20. does anyone know what these buggers are actually doing to steal them? do they unlock the doors eg - with thick steel wire to hit the passenger door unlock button on the drivers door main switch panel? -thats one of those things you'd be stupid not to disconnect. but then again if they try long and hard enough, they could probably even unlock the drivers door lock itself. and what do they do to start them up? it is just like hotwiring any car? one would think immobilizers actually do something...! this is fking madness! i would love to catch one of these c*nts!
  21. my fuel light has only ever come on once. and that was only because i wanted it to, because i was asking myself the same question as yourself, David. My fuel gauge was actually sitting on empty, and after driving around 100km whilst sitting on empty, the light decides to come on.... So, quite a similar situation to what Baconer has explained. every time my fuel gauge would hit the empty mark, i would go and fill it; and i would only be able to fill around 40 litres!
  22. she looks bloody tough mate. love that sort of look with 33s.
  23. theyre just a pack of f**king bullys. Sometimes i feel good about not having to put up with those c*&ts whilst im without a license!
  24. its sad... my car isnt even as loud as a lot of others out there (until the revs climb high of course). You do need to remember with this sound test though, they make you rev to about 3500rpm then measure the sound.
