You know you can change the way it looks by changing it at the bottom of the page to the style you want. I have to aggree though that it is diffcult to read [blue Illuision V2 Enhanced] but I am using the IPB Default skin and this is fine for me. I am sure with time there will be changes.

I think it is also done so that you aren't blinded by a white light and have a crash and then blame the police for the accident.
