yeah i think your right. It doesn't look like it came with the blue box. do you just wire to the motor and body parts ( earths )and the battery, is there anywhere specific i should wire to ? I think the bloke in japan had a big sterio because it had 2 kenwood head units linked together in it when i got it

does anyone know what this is, what it does and how to hook it up (if its usefull) on my 34. It came with the car when i imported it but was just laying on the floor in the car. i assume it's something to do with the sterio or some thing . thank for any help

3m wont last long, thats crap. i've been using since it came out in 2001 and rarely do you get a warranty claim. i have never seen one come back because it faded.

34's have the antenna in the back window so you won't be wanting metallised film on the back glass. just pay the extra and get 3m

did my back glass in 20 3m black. very dark but makes it hard to reverse at night

ive seen the ones you can stick on the glass like a sticker but with a wire in it. Not sure where you get them ,maybe tandy or something

Does anyone know if the r34 and 33 rb25s take the same gearbox and dif oil and the same amount ? 2.8 ltrs for the gearbox and 2.5ltrs for the diff , is that right ? Also where about is the top bung on the r34 diff ? I can see the bottom one the big silver bolt with the allen key head but where's the top one ? Also any brand oil i should keep away from ? thanks - cam

Yes i feel your pain. I come from commonwhore flamin mongrelry and yes i must agree . Its as if they've always got to prove something ( must be compensating for the lack of something down stairs that they think a v8 will fill ? ) You pass them on the road because they're going slower than you and they take it personaly and then try to pass you in the most dangerous spot they can find. I think they must have a different meaning for the word dickhead because they obviously love being called it.

Been trying to get an apexi pod filter for about 3 months now of a place i wouldn't recommend ever shopping again. finally got one sent only to find it wrong and was a sommota filter or something like that. I called the bloke and said it was not apexi so i didn't want it so he said he'd try and get one. Called him the other day and he said apexi have stopped making them aswell as the piggyback computers . Is this true ? He's pushing me to put the simmota one on but i don't think the quality is as good. anyone had experiene with simmota or know where i can get a apexi ? thanks

if they're anything like the clips on a 34 then yes. They're little push in ones with a round head ? They won't be exactly the same but they'll still do the job.

i was looking into those aswell, but was talking to a bloke at autobarn and he knows a company just going into production of both indicators. he said they would be clear and wouldn't go yellow in the sun as the nismo ones apparently do after a while. he said they where supposed to be out by the end of the year so im just going to hang out and see the price difference. will post more when i know more.

I've got just cars insurance full comprehensive 98 r34 gt-t skyline agreed to cover listed mods - boostcontroller, fmic, bov, exhaust agreed to cover listed accesories - turbo timer ,alarm agreed value - $34000 rating 1 - 24 yo premium = $1100 next year falls to about $900 i reckon that's pretty reasonable don't you guys

i've fixed cracks a hell of a lot longer than that. The rule is anything in the arc of the wippers, but it is also up to the discresion of the , bloke doing roadworthy, department of transport, cops. I'd get it repaired as soon as but untill then put sticky tape over it on the outside of the glass. it won't stop it cracking but it will keep the crap out of it so when you get it repaired it won't be full of dirt/ water and repair more invisable. once its repaired just put the rego sticker where the crack is and no one will know.

the fuel filter should be on the shelf of any good nissan dealer , it fits half the nissan models available . was about $35 for genuine nissan fitler

i also have the same problem. have replaced the pads, fluid and sandblasted the rotors and still fells crappy.
