  8. hey guys im just about to do the front half of my exhaust with a BATMBL split front and dump and some sort of high flow cat(reccommend if you like!) i also want to put one of those Apexi Exhaust Control Valves on so things arent so loud so i will have 3inch front to 3 inch cat the 3inch blitz cat back ive just found out that the 3" ECV 80mm isnt actually a flange its a pipe and i dont want to have to cut the cat and cat back up to weld it in... so the only other flange type is the 67mm(nissan one 155-A014)which is 2 3/4" i think would the smaller flange piece be much of a restriction when fully open doesnt matter when closed! ive posted pics of both and this is the link to nengun so tell me what you guys reckon. http://www.nengun.com/catalogue/product/239 cheers simon
  9. hey mate if you were to fit this you would have to cut flanges off cat back and cat right a a fair bit off the cat back piping off right?? or where you just going to take out you cat and have that section there instead?? cheers simon
  10. yeah i have the same problem im pretty sure it worked when i first got the car i bought a new relay but that didnt fix it and i also noticed one day after just fiddling with the relay in the boot it worked could be faulty ground wires or something its relay annoying
  11. hmm i have gab aftermarket shocks and springs on my gtst the backs are adjustable 8 ways but i cant find the front to be adjustable they have like a little black thing on the strut top area but i dont think thats it but they seem ok i leave the backs on 4 and there pretty stiff for street use if you are in the back you hit your head on the back window over little bumps!
  12. gzz i hope i dont have this problem when i install my new short shifter in the next couple of days!! ~thinks better find the cable ties~
  13. and how much does it cost around a bout?
  14. Don't shift while driving around a sharp corner =P ( obvious ) ive heard how you are suposed to shift will going around courners but i dont actually know why? ive noticed when i do it sometimes say from a standing start in first you do like a 90 dergree turn the ones that you can short of cut, and this perticualar corner is kind of long so instead of like 'stressing the engine' i change into second but i get like a clunking noise? i guess thats the reason why but how come it does this?? and also when i first drive my car i get the clunky 2ndgear aswell for like maybe the 1st time or maybe 2nd time i change into second. cheers simon
  15. hmmm hard choice r32's are all hot i have one myself, s14s i only liked the series two's they look mean but now after watch the drift bible i really like his S14 S1 its nice, and in the r33 it can only be series 2 but depends on the use
  16. pin #53, Yellow + Green with silver marking, Coulda cut that off to take the speed limter out, but when i ever go pass 180? not a good way to got about it, it puts you into troubles with the HICAS so just do it the proper way with a power FC or RSM or something of the like with speed cut removals. cheers simon
  17. have a search around for a r33 ecu pin out its just a pic of what number all the wires are and where they are you want number 53 on my 32 it was down the bottom on the passenger side. but you'll have to find the colour too. cheers simon
  18. are the nismo lsds the GT ones that you can adjust the touque (excuse spelling) settings in three levels?? cheers simon
  19. hey mate its wire #53 you know the 'speed cut' wire lol if you get a ecu pin out you'll find it know worries i know from memory its green and yellow on my r32 probly different but there was a lot of wires around there the same colours so take your time, because one will be green with yellow stripe one will be yellow with green stripe there a yellow a green silly why do they have the same colours so close lol! cheers simon
