G'day Marko good to hear it is all back in 1 peice, for interest sake I did a power run at DART yesterday.... I have an overlay of the torque curves too and to all reading, I was on 19 psi and I think marko was on 13 psi.... so peak isnt really a factor but I made 585NM interesting to see where the RS Vs SS come on etc.. hope to see you soon, before I split to Adelaide... Im the green line....

so can anyone confirm the requirements for living "down south"? are they going to ask for some kind of proof of residence, i.e. a bill with your address of some kind from victor harbor etc?? also what will they test at sturt versus regency.... and will they recognise a car that is already rego'd in NSW i.e. not a defected car.... I have a few things done to my car, and would hope to get it through easily.... I would just like to know what is seen as a no no these days...

yo Gary..... you should see Morgs beast with the TO4Z on it now... makes more torque earlier than my car, and mine is a torque monster!!! 559NM @ 3000rpm..... oh and I still have some nuts for u

Morgs has a TO4Z and is a gearbox killer!!! it makes more torque earlier harder, and boosts faster than a 750hp gemballa 996 TT.... try beating that from a RB26 anything.....

tommyk maybe you are not driving it on the track? and by that I mean around corners.... I now have baffles in the cam covers + a catch tank setup..... however it still needs a little work, so will be adding the barrel type tank near the strut brace to catch the initial vapour.... I don't have the nice plumb back, as I'd like to keep the engine intake clean....and fueled up!

well I find the GTR makes so much "G" loading that the oil tends to want to find its way into the intake via the turbos and intercooler... then leaning your nice A/F mixture ...... till BANG! and I dont like cleaning out all the pipes on a weekly basis! BTW I am looking at running 2 catch cans like the BSM race GT-R that SK is involved with.....

yes but the tuning still needs some work, basically it is making too much torque early on, and not enough top end.... and as most know the dynolog is a very low reading dyno! we will be looking to take out a dip from 5500-6500 and reverse it to make a broader spead of power..... standby for further results! overall it is a torque monster! and pulls like a 12yr old at MJ's

pnblight this was with a dynolog dyno, and they have newer (i.e. not old DOS 3.1 software) as long as it is 1:1 ratio the NM or torque is shown to be very acurate..... I have it on good authority that this was prooven with a stock factory porsche and was within 2NM of the predicted factory numbers....
