ok an update for all GT-SS people, so far a base tune on a dyno log dyno made 559NM of torque at 4000rpm at 1.28 BAR.... more results to follow when the dyno time presents itself.... cam timing will be used next!

ok hot tip after spending a huge amount of time and $$$$ fixing the powersteering on my car this is what I have learnt for the R32 GTR :- do as Duncan says except that the rear wheel of the pump should be removed, via pulling the backing plate off... R33 pumps do not fit at all.... use some form of oil cooler for the remaining system, or it will go bang I have now got a second pump in the car as the first died due to over pressuring the rear pump.... oh dear.... have fun!!!

I put the wire near the throttle cable hole, and worked fine, also had the boost wiring and oil pressure gauge wire near there too.... small drill, then dremel the hole to suit gromet of choice I mounted one of WRXHOON's batteries in the boot, works well, with fittings from Jaycar....

ok for those that want to know I have just fitted a performance metal-craft RB26 cam cover baffle, and it seems to be doing the job nicely! basically stops all that oil sloshing out of my catch can pipes and all over the engine bay!

if you look carefully you will see the supercharger pipe going to the lower of the 2 intercooler inlets....Im sure it works

yeah duncs it is FARRRRRRR ^%$% D no good true! making nasty noises and hardening up on turn in so please if anyone has one in SYD, and can ring BEL while I am out of the country that would be great!!!

G'day all!!! as the title states I am in need of a powersteering pump! if you have an R33 one that works can you please get in contact with brian at BEL 96456608 as my R32 GTR needs a single outlet pump as the car is now sans HICAS and ate the R32 dual outlet pump.... cheers!!!

slightly off topic, but I'm curious to know if there is some way of restricting the flow of oil to the head and consequently out of the engine down to the catch can! as the track has shown the G loading slide it out just nicely!!! I was thinking to place some type of element (foam?) in the pipe to the can to stop the majority of this.... I don't want to have to take the head off cheers.... oh and RB26DETT no idea why this now has me with a RB25!!!

I am in love with my RE55's! has anyone tried the TT compound? I have the SR....

duncs what day were you there? coming out on the 11th? I am off to work till the 7th so first day back I will be out there!!!

andrew what did you do to the transfer case? and mind telling me what pressures (HOT) to run the RE55 tyres I was at wakefield on saturday.... however had oil catch can issues! hmmm back there on the 11th to try again! how do we go about timing for the no speed limit days? cheers....

I get 80 psi oil pressure on start, then idle for 2 mins or so as I get out of the garage.... then below 2.5k and off boost until 70c oil temp.... then its min boost til oil pressure at idle is 24psi.... simple! then its 1.4 BAR!

fuel reg sold..... come on people who wants the rest~~
