  1. ahhhh guru! well I don't want any detonation.... ok, so if I keep the pipe to the PCV and block it like I did to the turbo inlet that does pretty much the same thing....(bolt inside with hose clamp) 2moro's job! yes I know still another week till I actually have to do some real work
  2. ok I got my hose from pirtek at about $20 a metre it is generally used for air-compressor line, but seems to fine in this application also (having seen a few race cars running it, and it is hardly stressed with pressure etc etc....) I'm wondering if someone (SK) can come and explain using my colour coded pic if my setup is correct? I can't see why having the factory pipe (yellow) is bad??? thanks

  6. Roy, I beleive (please don't quote me) +20 and they are 18x9 rims forged and made by BBS.... they fit on a GTR with no spacer required (on my car and may others it seems that way...) I paid something like $2200 plus a little for some caps, but they took nearly 4 months to get to me... I saw a great set for sale on here last week for 2.5k.... bargain! oh and Im putting RE55s rubber on mine in 245 40 18.... so it should look and turn well and as for the girls? hmmmm good from far but far from good!
  7. mine doesnt touch with stock rubber 245 40 18 on my R34 GTR rims...
  8. I had it made.... was a spun up bit of alloy from a guy down at the Gong... and then lesuire coast welders.... they made up the rest... with welded 20mm pipe attachments and filter... I made up the brackets and the pipes etc.... all up about $180 SK knows the site for the alloy bit I have forgotten it sadly.... so is it hooked up right? I have left the PCV I think, but no nasty fumes going into the intercooler which is what I wanted.....
  9. hey mate great results!!! I am stoked to see the power it is making!!! out of interest, what cam timing did you end up at? I do think that the GT-RS benefit from cam timing, I am unsure about the benefit for my turbos..... I still have to do a dyno run (once I have a jim berry clutch fitted!) then its up to 1.4 BAR.... Merli, you had GT-SS and 260 260 9.15 poncams right? what boost and cam timing did you use? oh and to pour cold water on the fire, BEL and CRD are both good tuners, and will of course do a good job! there is always more than one way to skin a cat ciao

This is my catch can set-up.... red arrow = pipe to turbo inlet blocked with bolt yellow arrow = standard connection blue arrow = 2 connections as seen one going to yellow arrow, the other to catch can then there is the 2 pipes bought from pirtek going to catch can with K & N filter on catch can... catch can is chock-a-block with stocking filled with stainless steel wire/mesh I think this is right... I am sure SK will be able to advise
  12. questions for you renis, what mods have been done to your GTR? do you have after market cams? which? how much power did you make at all 4? and what AFR is it? curious.....
  13. current injectors are 700cc SARD.... does anyone know if GTR injectors are a straight fit to GTS-T?

  15. I got my GTSS through nengun! and a whole stack of parts... no duty or GST! and your T28 will still be plain bearing.... go the HKS, far better, and longer lasting

  19. you will get about $1000 -1500 for your N1s and I would go for the GT-SS.... that is what I have, and make 1 bar at 2900 rpm and they haaaaaaaul!!!
