is there any chance a bump on the road will make the accelerator pedal/cable getting stuck ?? on the way to work i have to go over atleast 12 speedhumps and obviously the same on the way home, and it's doing a good job HUMPING my suspension... soooo what i was thinking was that i ream my car into one of the poles on the that street wiping out the car and the pole and blame it on the speedhumps with an excuse like 'it caused my accel. cable/pedal to be stuck....will i have a case? i guess only one way to find : )

i don't think some office chick / homo is allowed to issue parking tickets just like that, they have to have physically see ur car at the time of writing the fine. If ur good with ur doctor get an doctors certificate with the same date as the fine ticket and just refuse that u were in that location altogether.

i'd say you would have a strong case only if u can prove u weren't at the listed location, maybe by showing a parking ticket of the location u were at the time the ticket was issued.
