I have a set of STI seats ment for my RS liberty but i will be getting rid of it. How hard would it be to modify them to fit an r33? I assume it would be quite challenging..... Is there a plase i could possibly swap them for a set of recaros or a bride seat?? Regards, Andrew

It could also be an AFM or sensor problem.

Do the injectors have a signal or is there a crank signal from the CAS. Best way to check injectsrs is to use a noid light.

The lease ends on the 21st of next month and the owner has sold the house so im looking for a new place. If i move back with my olds it will no doubt end in tears I would prefer northside and a place with a garage to store my muchos tools from mechanic days. Is anyone looknig for a house mate?

see if you can price up a new aerial mast rather than the whole assembly. shouls be muchos cheaper.

Royal Purple FTW!!! I have run it in my past 3 cars and never had a problem with it what so ever. Oh and its a different coloured oil...i like colours It walso did real well in quite a few oil tests. Royal purple and Penrite sin were up the top if i remember right.

Hey everyone, I have been on the forums for a bit but nver really said much. I live in the same ouse as one of the guys off here and am good mates with a few other guys. I think i have been converted to nissans Anyway in the future once i sort out work and sell the wags I am thinknig of either a 4door r32 or a stagea. I have only had a quick look into stageas and there dont seem to be many RWD versions. How different are the drivelines of the 4WD ones to the GTR? Also are there many in the ACT? How differently do they drive to normal 4 door skylines and how are the autos? If someone on here in the ACT has one would they be willing to take me for a quick spin just to show me how the car behaves etc. any help would be muchos helpfull regards -Andrew

Have you checked your fuel filter? may also be leaking injectors or a pump problem. pull out your plugs and see if ti is running lean or if they are fouled

its not really that hard if you have basic mechanic skills, did it on my mates, it was just a bitch because the timing marks on the crank were difficult to see so the firt time the cams were out

checked the globes or the brake light fuse? they are normally the first things to blow

Just water wont clean everything alot of dirt and oily residue will still stay in the engine bay. You will need a degreaser of soem sort

just general use burns motors out...they burn out quicker ifthey get over used or if switches are held up or down all the time

SAFC is your friend

Check all your vacuum lines to start off with that can cause some problems. As for the turbo cutting out it could be fuel cut. Dont know too much about nissans but i know with some turbo subarus once it his boost cut it will bring a limiter it. Do you have anything like a fuel cut defender? It would probablly be with runnnig a fault check on your ecu to see what fault codes it throws up.

probablly switch loose plug or maby the motor burnt out.

the octane rating does decrease but 4 weeks should be fine, how much is in there? might be worth chucking in a bottle of octane boost just for the engines sake. I had a container of petrol and after about 3 years or so it was almost impossible to even ignite

still for sale? If i can sell my wagz and hit up the bank for a loan i might consider it. Looks liek it has been well looked after.
