This isn't quite true! I used an R31 RB30 for my 30det and when it came to the extra pulley on the block the surface wasn't flat (machined finish) like on the series 2 VL block, its not that bigger deal but if you can get the series 2 VL block that is the block i'd get. Cheers!

Rb30det is a great choice, u wont regret it.

the markets shagged at the moment, so unless u wanna sell it for way less than what u should i'd keep it. I can't even get 18k for my 251kw @ 12psi RB30DET powered R32 and she's running, registered and in excellent condition.
