  1. i don't want to start any arguements, but a fuel pump upgrade to a bosch 040 in-tank should not be considered as a mod to put you into a higher class. R32's often have old worn-out fuel pumps that cannot provide sufficient fuel pressure even on stock turbos when checked on the dyno. I changed mine long before i upgraded the turbo and injectors just for peace of mind.... my 2c. I will enter the SAU championship one day, once funds allow, but not any time soon....
  2. what happened??? or give me a link to a thread if you've already told the story
  3. if Brisby's RB20's gonna be there, then you can count me in (with video cam in hand)
  4. Hey Patrick, just saw this thread & like i said on the GOR cruise its a great stealth mod provided that your power goals don't start exceeding the coolers capabilities see you at the dyno day next week!
  5. ask for these seats as payment http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...howtopic=159279
  6. damn, that sux... Best of luck catching them! if i caught someone doing that to my car, i would probably be arrested after my predictable reaction.....
  7. having no money is understandable. Ask him to give you parts off his GTR as payment - still plenty goodies left to compensate you with
  8. i've bought parts off him, no real problems but maybe communication could've been better... but bad luck dude, i've been ripped off by another guy before and it sux, but it wasn't worth the hassle as it was only $120.....
  9. yeah, WTF!? 6 weeks overdue.....
  10. you can't vote for your own car! but here's another:
  11. couple of favorites: love the dish on the 33!
  12. x2 for this idea! i would attend prob every event then
  13. that was Sam Newmans Lambo.
  14. i never got any reminder. But i will pay on the GOR cruise this weekend.
  15. yup
  16. Hell yes. put it wisely in the ASX for a few days, then pay them back but keep the gain with +1mil even a small % gain is HUGE
  17. sorry to here, about this - hopefully Toll pay out to repair it?
  18. i agree, the aircon at work seems to keep the air very dry & hence i drink heaps too what religion is this 'lent' anyway?
  19. lol, good call whats amazing is that some of the fines people receive for mods are completely disproportionate to their so called offence general petty criminals often get fined less. Try telling that to the average stupid public. When people at my work found out i drive a modified skyline they straight away made a link to me being a hoon
  20. i'll take the rear bar & pods if someone is willing to take the rest PM me if anyone is interested.
  21. yeah, but often the pictures do the talking, ie engine mods visible. Vic roads can only provide a list of possible suspects, with no proof of mods.
  22. because its very easy to mail out epa notices etc, from the comfort of their office. why bother doing it the hard way?
  23. i'm not in anyway supporting the actions of this ns.com fool. my point is cops are too tough on general modified cars etc. I use the Chadstone incident as example of that. If they regularly read the forums, then they will inevitably use the number plates in photos that are posted up etc to catch cars/owners that have "illegal" mods. This is what i find completely unacceptable. Not that someone was caught who had no license & that lied to police etc...
  24. lol, as long as your happy with the way taxpayers money is spent, then thats all that matters
