yup, i had my idler bearings changed. The mechanic showed me my old ones. It surprised me how roughly they turned when turned by hand, they must have been on the way out...
you can easily fit a 255 on the front 9inch rim.
But with a gtr its best to keep both rim width and tyre width the same all round. as in this case the rears are 10inch...

Well, some GTS4 drivers are pretty poor when they're at uni, so they can't be expected to beat GTRS...
due to this, the only time we can get to deca is in someone elses S15 which is RWD and didn't do that badly

is caltex premium a 98 octane? if not you should use BP Ultimate or at worst Shell optimax.
as for economy the best i got was 430km but that was 98% highway driving. But i also have a tuned stock ecu and nismo 555cc injectors....
both work.
But Cold air works x10 faster than warm air, especially if you have just started the car so the air will be warm at best if you use the heater.
in summary, use cold air

They enjoy selling all the coal they can and using for coal power plants, without any concern for the Kyoto treaty etc...so why should we get worried over a few high emissions?
