Hey Al, i just got a HKS GTRS too! mine arrived today after spending 9 days stuck in customs. I know of at least another 2 people that have either bought one or are just about to will be interesting to see dyno charts

ok fair enough. but don't complain about the lack of numbers for dyno days. If your talking about what happen in early Feb? then i was there and it was a great turnout pretty much the biggest dyno day short of autosalon... it was only 1 idiot that fu(ked it up but what are the chances of that happening again? I had a great time talking to new people and seeing fresh cars - my mate even took a guy for a blast in his S13 they got along so well! (the other guy had a S14)

is a wolf a straight plug in ecu? or does it need to be wired up (which adds to cost). As one of the advantages of the PFC is that it is a straight plug in ecu with no extra work needed as far as sensors go. And i also go to DrDrift in Brooklyn, he can remap your stock ecu which eliminates the need for aftermarket computers and the money can be spent on tuning + $ saving.

Its most likely going to be at DrDrifts shop with his new dyno. I don't know why these events are members only as usually events like this should be a good way of signing up new members once they get a taste of the kind of events that the club runs... Plus having it open to non-members undoubtedly increased the turnout on the day - not to mention gives a chance to see a new car enter that could be more modified than the usual lot...

yeah they look like the stock 6.5inch rims to me I have R33 GTR rims with 235/45 tyres with no rubbing and i have a slight lowering aswell.

yup, long story short. I was gonna buy a 32 off them, realised it was shit and got away without being burnt. Then i bought my current 32 and still got burnt from another guy oh well....

They claim 294kw out of the GTRS with 256 cams on their website for the SR20. But is it rwkw? probably not....

what brand exhaust did you buy? or is it a custom one?

The only problem that you have is that your using poor quality fuel "94 Canadian Octane gas" we are all using 98 octane so this will probably account for some of the missing KW. You also don't mention the type of ecu you are using - perhaps its poorly tuned?

I wouldn't be complaining with that power level anyway. Can you remind us what kind of turbo you have and bottom end? Those are some mighty high intake temps! where do they stick the sensor?

have you got a cat? drop the exhaust after the front pipe and do a power run. Should be some difference.
