  1. I have a R34 GTT highflow and it is heaps laggy even compared to a non highflow GTT turbo. full boost is 4500rpm. my advice is to get a full exhaust and all supporting mods and get a proper tune using remap stock ecu or PowerFC.
  2. Nismo 555cc what are gtr ones again? 440?
  3. lol, i think you might be right - i did!
  4. I have the same problem too. Do you have bigger injectors? I was told that it could be because at low duty cycles/rpm they open too much casuing a hop/jerking effect. Cheers.
  5. what are the air/fuel ratios like now, around 12:1? put up the graph if you can.
  6. thats good power for a 2530! and yeah, getting good fuel economy was one of the highlights do you have a z32 afm too?
  7. looks good. Sam knows what he's doing did you get that done up in brisbane? what turbo have you got? Rb20 i presume? Cheers.
  8. for oil filters you can't go past the original nissan parts. I pay only $8.60 for a RB20 filter from my local nissan dealer. If you want to spend more then K&N oil filters are about as good as they get but cost about $30 from autobarn. have fun with your 33!
  9. that sounds like a great comparison! I take it will be the same racepace dyno and tuner? just get 1 run on the dyno again with the TD06 set up so you are sure of the base numbers, as if the dyno has been recalibrated or so settings changed then your old numbers will not be entirely comparable. anyway, i already can't wait to see the results!
  10. pods, sideskirts and rear bar all sold to me!
  11. lol, would these be the same kind of people who suggest chrome would look better?
  12. lol, i was just about to say that i'll be at the first one spectating like last year so i'll be supporting the geelong boys and now i read that you can't make it it's like this with birthdays: So your missing your mates/gf birthday.... Don't worry, they'll be having one next year.
  13. can someone update that sticky thread as i was just about to contribute but its locked cheers.

and the cars i looked at there had poorly aligned panels and some big gaps....
  15. the thread is still missing one of the best tuners in melb... I and heaps of NS and SAU members go there
  16. THIS is a RB20 thread! If you want to talk about your *fast* 25 then start your own thread!
  17. cool, thats not too expensive then. Do you think there will be any increased boost response due to more heat being retained? or is it just to insulate the engine bay from getting too hot? Cheers.
  18. just looking at the first pics, is your exhaust housing ceramic coated? if so how much did it cost? cheers.
  19. I see no mention of Dr Drift in those links. Alot of people go there - myself included plus its a handy location for those people out west....
  20. http://images.google.com.au/imgres?imgurl=...%3Doff%26sa%3DN these girls will be doing the washing. [not the lakers girls, the girls that say TIGERS on their shirts]
  21. i'll add, Z32 airflow meter, unless your obviously using a MAP sensor in which case you can remove the AFM restriction with RB20 the best options for ecu are: remapped stock ecu or Apexi PowerFC. my 2c.
  22. In geelong the best place is Daltons on wood street, just off Fyans. ph 03 5224 2708. They certainly know their skylines and have done alot of work on mine.
  23. Have a look at the current issue of HPI (number 60 pg 69) martin donnon dynos a 32GTR with PFC using E10 and dyno graphs show that he needed to add HEAPS more fuel to maintain the same AF ratios, but it could also support alot more timing. The end result was slightly more power making 311rwkw. The main point is that cars using aftermarket ecu's need to be tuned for it otherwise they get too lean and easily knock!!
  24. cool, i'll have to look into the logitech. Do all the steeringwheel sets that come with a gearstick have the stick on the right side of the wheel? as like U.S and europe where they drive on the right side of the road? I would prefer one where you change gears with the left hand, like real life
  25. cool thanks, what do you have it mounted on? like a table edge or ironing board? i take it that it has suction caps to stop it sliding around?
