If it is fiber glass and you are a bit handy with it then anything can be fixed, but if you have no idea about it and have to pay somebody to fix it for you then you might be better of getting a new bar. I fixed my own bar and it had cracks and breaks all over it and it came up smick and the i just payed somebody to paint it.

search the for sale forum there was one there only a couple of days ago with out hand controller and you can buy the new hand controller from sliding performance on this site.
