  1. parts since sold. Tomei cam cap stud kit under offer - waiting for reply I also have a rb26 head with almost everything there but pulled apart. Missing 1 bucket and 8 shims lost between engine builder and head reconditioner, which I was going to buy new anyway. Has all cam covers, front cover, cams springs valves etc etc with a complete inlet manifold, butterflies, and sandwich plate. Make an offer, but wont let it go for less than $1400 (will come with Tomei cam cap stud kit if not sold seperately). Can be seen before and after as I will have it decked for anyone who buys it just so you can put it back together and bolt it straight on. Came out of a running R32 which was getting a completely new rb26/30 combo. This is one thing I wont budge on since I have everything to put together a standard bottom end rb26/30 for the fun of it. Brand new RB26 HKS oil pump $2100 Brand new Tomei RB26 cam cap stud kit $120 Brand new genuine RB26 cam cover seals $100 Brand new 2 sets RB26 inlet gasket kits $100 Brand new RB26 HKS cam gears $600 Brand new RB26 clear cam cover $150 Brand new EMS 6860 $1500 Brand new RB26 Jun crank collar $120 - SOLD Brand new RB30 Mahle pistons $1500 - SOLD Brand new Argo 21mm RB30 rods $1100 - SOLD Brand new ARP RB26 head studs $300 - SOLD Brand new ARP RB30 main studs $200 (cant remember how much I paid for them both) - SOLD Chemically cleaned and decked rb30 "a" block $200 - comes with crank, girdle and anything i can find (pick up only) excellent condition !!! - SOLD
  2. OK, pm's, emails and phone calls returned. Just so I keep everyone up to date, I am currently negotiating on package for collar, all studs, rods, pistons and block. These are not yet sold, but the studs and collar seem to be the most popular, so its just a heads up. Ariel
  3. Hello everyone, Since the rb26/30 is not so "custom" these days and my desire for an all out monster has died off - bring back the streeters I say - I am selling everything I have for the rb26/30......a new heart transplant awaits All these parts were intended for a no bullsh1t 1000rwhp engine in the rights hands, which it was. Honestly, all prices are pretty much what I am chasing but feel free to make a realistic offer. Postage is extra and all items will be sent with tracking and full retail value insurance. If it doesn't sell I truthfully dont care, it will just gather dust until I find the time to put it together. Considering its pretty much a package, I will consider selling everything combined at a heavily discounted price. May throw in a free custom plenum depending on price. Don't like the prices/parts, don't post, it as simple as that. Contact can be made by anyway you like post, pm, email or call. If I don't answer, leave a message and I will call you back later that same day. [email protected] Mob: 0403 279 000 Cheers, Ariel PS - there may be more so I will just add them as I go along
  4. a bit off topic, but are the tomei cam cap studs for the baffle caps longer than all the others ?
  5. Hi everyone, Just after one inlet and 1 exhaust valve for a r32 rb26. Pay post from anywhere. Prefer with pics. Thanks, Ariel
  6. If you are talking standard rings, only the second ring is the same. top and oil ring are different. Ariel
  7. send the pump details this way
  8. cover of UK magazine "Motorsport" May 2004. The cover read "Senna at Monaco: A story of inch-perfect precision and mile-wide obsession" there is only one thing you should note in this pic, the difference between Senna's line and that of everyone else's R.I.P Ayrton Senna
  9. can i get some contact details ?
  10. thanks wortho for putting them up, the design has slightly changed since those pics (only the angled base plate of the plenum is different) yes you do have to move the battery, but considering how easy it is to do, i wouldn't consider it a major setback.
  11. are the oil pump gears a replacement for the standard pump ? how actually makes them ?
  12. very nice work. totally agree there is no need for filler with stainless for exhausts and piping. you just need to get the joins spot on and there isn't a problem. what type of tig do you have ?
  13. edit - just turned up Thanks, Ariel
  14. i'll take the plenum top & bottom. how muchfor postage to 2500 ?
  15. very nice work. only thing i would consider is more disagonal braces in the chassis itself
  16. www.are.com.au
  17. numbers dont lie
  18. i think its time to change tuner/mechanic or who ever recommended the combination because there is certainly something not right there. drdoof - how do you know that ? do a search of my posts and you will find some flow test figures of the standard plenum, note 28" is approx 1psi of pressure, and you will soon see how the standard one distributes air. Ariel
  19. i was waiting for that one. standard plenum will support 2000hp...............if you stick enough boost into it. the change of intake manifold/plenum is to improve on the poor properties of a standard plenum...therefore doing a better job of what the existing one on there is currently doing. if the new plenum is doing its job the benefits are increased power and torque everywhere. effeciency is the key...its not what you do (because its more than likely been done before) but how you do it which makes it impressive Ariel
  20. they are spun aluminium. i have also seem them being pressed.
  21. absolute top bloke and does some real nice work
  22. hence the new one in the sig who's plenum do you have ?
  23. all materials are from www.jntperformance.com.au only thing is all mine bellmouths are custom made and can not be on sold.....I have to keep some secrets
  24. Honestly, it was something I had second thoughts about but considering I will not disclose any measurements/dimensions etc etc, I thought what the hell. Ariel
  25. thank you all. when it comes to machining the plate, an obssesive personality does help. STR8E180 - thanks for the comment, much appreciated. Please pm details of your cnc machinist...thank you zebra - pm sent on its way secretgarage - pm sent on its way benny_blanco - yes they all are. I am actually in the process of building my own flowbench at the moment to help reduce r&d costs. type vu - Yes, I can do group buys on every plenum I offer. For the sake of not upsetting moderators - I have already done that too many times - please call me, pm, email or visit my website for any enquiries. Thanks again for the good feedback. Ariel
