Single worst movie I have seen would have to be "The Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy". That is the only movie I have actually walked out of because it was so stupid and unfunny. I mean wtf? English comedy... what happened to good ol' comedy like Monty Python and the Holy Grail? Also followed up by Kung fu Pow I think it was called? A chinese effort at a comedy with sub titles. When the sub titles came on I was like WTF?! Very very unfunny, will never understand japenese/chinese humour..... Also has anyone seen Evil Dead 3: Army of Darkness at all? A very very funny B grade movie from a long time ago. It's even funnier after seeing Evil Dead 1&2 which were both horror movies... "Gimme some sugar baby...."... "Yo she bitch... Lets go..."

Hey Miss Petepie, that thread that you had regarding the drift competition about a month ago where people were putting there names down for this comp.... Whats the go with that? Did anything go ahead at all?

Buy some crappy tyres and go driftin' Then when you want more traction buy some 17" rims, put 235/45R17's on it and because there mostly cheap as chips you can go through them as you please. Thats my 2 cents

How much oil does an R32 RB20DET gearbox take? Did a quick search and didn't find any results. Need to know as I'm not filling it up the same way due to a seized filler plug and need to know asap. Thanks

I think you will find that the RB25 is a crossover plenum as well. The RB26 is the one that is forward facing. People have installed these plenum's without much success in a peformance increase Cheers,

Just get a hybrid copy one for $175 odd, get piping done and spend the rest of the money towards other mods. The copy ones are of a decent quality otherwise you wouldnt find so many of us using it. Cheers,

If your thinking about changing the colour of some different rims just get them powdercoated. Powder coating costs next to nothing

Are split dump pipes any sort of advantage over the belmouth style pipes? The way I see it is that the split pipe system is trying to retain the same effects as an external wastegated turbo in there design. But the way I see it, the only thing they do is cause further restriction by first off having a seperating bracket across the face of the flange which seperates it into its different piping which rejoins later on. In design having an open flowing tube would flow exhaust gases far easier. So why would I spend another $100 buying a split dump system when a belmouth design seems far better? Prove me wrong. With so many catch cans on sale through the forums these days they seem like a pretty popular upgrade for vehicles but I am yet to be convinced as to what they actually do. What do they actually do? Is there any point in the point of modifying a motor that they become a necessity? Or are people just buying them without a real need for them? I just don't want to go spend money unnecessarily if they the need isn't there for one when I can spend money elsewhere. Cheers,

Alright well considering the response.. I might have a crack at trying to make a cruise and see how I go. Closer to the date once I get more details I will post up a time but the meetpoint will be at Leach Hwy Macca's in Myaree as it is far enough south and close to the freeway onramps to make it an easy location for most people.

Anyone thinking about considering a location and time to meet so all the competitors can travel down at the same time? Only suggesting because it is a very very long trip to get down there and some of us aren't familar how to get to collie or where we are supposed to meet as well. Maybe a meet point say at Maccas for breakfast and then heading down south all at the same time? Comments?

Turning the car on and turning it from lock to lock isnt really a great way to bleed the power steering system. The best way to do it is remove the powersteering belt and manually turn the power steering pully while the car is turned off. Do this for about 3 minutes and it will be completely bled. After that go and do some figure eights lock to lock if needed. But make sure you fix the leak before doing this. Cheers

If a muffler is faulty you can tell by stabbing at the throttle at idle and then quickly taking your foot off. If it makes a rattling/hissing noise then either you muffler or catalitic convertor is loose or faulty. Another way to check this is to get under the car and hit it with your fist. If it's a solid noise then its fine other if it makes a rattling noise there is your problem. Eli, is your exhaust a cat back exhaust? The dump pipe to the cat convertor is protected by a heat shield which encases the pipe inside. They can come loose and rattle but will only make a noise in the case of idling normally. A couple of ordinary hose clamps wrapped tightly around the heat shield should fix that. If any of those things dont help then its not your exhaust system. Hope that helps.

And then if you blow up the bottom end sell it to some lucky user on this forum for there RB25/30 conversion!
