  1. Since selling my 200SX last year I've had no use for a head unit. It is in immaculate condition with faceplate completely scratch free. This is still quite a high end, capable piece of equipment. Free pick up in Ryde, NSW or will send by registered post.
  2. Don't forget to take lots of pics! I've bookmarked this thread for the outcome.
  3. Clearly you forgot to login with your other username!
  4. Wheels are in very good condition with original paint. One has a minor scrape on lip (Cosmetic paint chip) Centre caps are faded. No bends, buckles or other damage on any wheels. Tyres are Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 235/45 though only with 20% tread. $950 Pickup/inspection in North Ryde. Call any time 0401316820.
  5. Mint condition, not a single scratch. Payment by money order/bank deposit. Honest seller, here is my Ebay feedback, http://feedback.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.d...mp;myworld=true
  6. Just for peoples information, i just spoke to the RTA who said the only function of a red light camera is to catch red light runners. Nothing more! I am happy No tickets in 3.5 years, and i travel 1300km's per week in Sydney's CBD and surrounding areas.. It's not easy at 8pm - 530am remembering to slow down for speed cameras and the occasional cop with his Lidar. Last night i thought my 3.5yrs of luck came to an end..
  7. Red light cameras only enforce a single direction, i am not worried about that. What i am curious about is if the person that sorts the picture tries to ticket me for cutting the lane.
  8. Tonight in my work vehicle i made a right turn on the green, but cut the corner a little bit and activated the red light camera in the other lane. As i was turning right, i was staring at the red light camera in front of me. Can the picture be evidence for an offence of crossing the lanes line? Or can red light cameras only enforce red light runners? Sorry for the shrew pic I am stressing about this because i have a clean licence, and my soon to be career requires me to have a good driving record. On the other hand, i could just quit my shitty current job and let my asshole boss sort out the fine, right?
  9. Can you please give me contact details for Procar? I've never heard of them which is odd. Is it a well equipped workshop? Too many dodgy bastards on the north shore. How long did you have to wait to book your car in for dyno time? Thanks.
  10. Has anyone used Castrol SynTrans? $30-something a litre for gearbox which is supposed to be the dogs bollocks.. I'd give shockproof a try but i've heard alot of bad reports of it in g/box's.
  11. Recheck your plugs, 1 of them may have cracked.
  12. S14 with same problem here!
  13. Definately sounds like a bent control arm/castor rod, rack end.. Best to get it replaced before it gets worse, and costs of new tyres & new alignments.
  14. I'm currently using Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3's which are incredible in all conditions. Much better than my old Bridgestone S02's. These tyres have a AA traction rating, and a pretty reasonable wear rate (mine have been abused annd holding up great) These tyre's handle as good in the wet as many other brand tyre's do in the dry! $269each 3 months ago from Beurepaires, they may now be even cheaper! They also won Evo Magazines tyre of the year award :wavey:
  15. Paid $130 last week at Autobarn. Changed mind and bought a Blitz gauge. Will COD anywhere. PM or call 0402996266 if interested.
  16. Why so cheap? Is there anything i should know about? Been chipped? Scratches etc? Will you COD? Cheers.
  17. I'm running 17x8's on my 200sx atm, last week i temporily put 18x7.5 on to see the difference. I honestly couldn't believe how bumpy it was with the 18's (i've got koni adjustables set on full firm) Car felt like it was skipping over every minor imperfection in the road. I guess 18's would look more flashy, but when i see a import with expensive 17's i usually get the hint that it means business!
  18. $60
  19. Anthony, you're missing a 'T' at the end of your username!
  20. I don't know if this has been covered yet, but i read in yesterdays paper an R33 was carjacked in Hoxton Park, Sydney (west) on a deserted rd, Hoxton Pk Rd. Apparently an old beige corona? ran up the ass of the skyline and when stopped, put a gun to the drivers head, put him in the back seat and took him to some location and let go. Car was found hours later. What makes me wonder is why, on a rd where the speed limit is 80-90 and in the middle of whoop whoop, would you pull over to exchange details when in most cases, an accident like this could NOT happen?
  21. Young guys want fast cars for a reason. It's not just to cruise and look good!
  22. I agree with Pentae Dale, you say you don't like FWD but i almost guarantee you've never driven a proper RWD car! Going from your current 3 series into a turbo Silvia i am sure it wouldn't be a week before you lost the backend into a pole! Your parents seem to be countering the cars you reject, with better cars. If you can stretch them a little further, go for the Golf GTi which has a ton of tuning mods available. Have a look at some U.S sites, some are running over 400HP +. I got my 200sx when i was 19. I could have got one when i was 17, but i'm glad i didn't. Probably wouldn't be able to post this if i did!
