  1. I work on the street where he turned off, wish i could have seen it.
  2. Ericsson T100. Used 6 months, works good as new. $70 Will COD anywhere.
  3. Thanks B-Man! Be there 9:16!
  4. Is there a definate time to commence the cruise? I'm thinking about coming along.. Red 200sx/Gold rims.
  5. Sorry, what i really meant to say is most of their cars are rice and distasteful. But i haven't seen any issues for a year or two, maybe they've improved..?
  6. If its in Hot4's i doubt it's a skyline!
  7. Damo i'm with you on that one. Although i've seen the PoPo's radaring on the freeway when it goes from 110 to 80 directly behind the sign. I think you'd only have a 50/50 chance in court of getting off though. They say the law is not BLACK & WHITE . Sure isn't for the cops i see fanging around the place!
  8. Wrong rego written = When i forgot my money for the M2 toll they wrote the wrong rego on the ticket ($3.80) which had to be paid within 3 days. WooHoo saved nearly $4! But someone who probably lived 500km's away was going to get a debt recovery notice. So after countless hr's of thought and deliberation i decided to pay Sure wasn't easy... $3.80 = 12 minutes of work....
  9. Does anyone have a regular workshop they go to on the northern beaches? Good service + reasonable rates? Before last week i assumed Joviant Performance was worthy of a visit. Enquiring about an uprated Walbro fuel pump supplied/fitted. The owner told me $300 for the pump and.......... $300 to fit!!!! Dodgy bastard told me they'll have to completely remove the tank and its not an easy job. Thanks but no thanks! Then went to Magic Performance around the corner which told me it was a 10min job.. Been there a few times and they're very helpful and HONEST! Is there any other tuners on the NB that deserve a mention? Cheers!
  10. Somebody had to say it, damnit! :headspin:
  11. Depending on the size of the vents i don't think water would hurt too much. You could seal it up with tape or mold some plastic from the bottom to fit. Or you could get some foam that would absorb alot of the water so it doesn't flow straight into the bay.. But... what do i know?
  12. Get a jap cooler! Look around some For Sale forums theres alot of brand new kits HKS/Trust selling between $1300-$1500. I remember when they all used to sell well over $2000!
  13. Predator what part of sydney was this in? I was at a friends place in Hoxton Park and heard maybe 10 police cars buzzing the area and i thought it was probably a chase. If you ask me, if somebody stole my car i would prefer them to crash and die. Thats MO.
  14. When i was doing security i caught 2 cop cars doing burnouts in a compound opposite silverwater prison & newington village (hill rd). I had the key to the compound so i locked them in and walked up to them. I gave them alot of shit asking if they were rookies and if they'd ticket me if i was doing it (they said no! :thumbdwn: ) So they were apologising and i said if i hear one more word i'm notifying their area commander. I then left the compound with them locked in and went around the corner to see what they were doing :headspin: which was waiting for me to come back! I end up letting them go but not before getting their rego's for safe keeping. After all this, both of them go through the redlight onto Hill Rd while doing burnouts and speeding down the rd. I never called the station, i had the satisfaction of messing with cops at the tender age of 18 Whenever i see cops speeding for no apparent reason i match their speed from a few carlengths behind. No ticket yet and maximum speed was 160 on the M2. Also raced one of the Police WRX's in 2001 on the M4. He lost!

    Eclipses

Eclipses are horrible! They lose their floorpans pretty easily. I've driven a few in U.S, you're better off with an FTO.
  16. It's obvious the skyline owner was negligent. He left what was reported to be a 60m skidmark. Probably messing around with some friends doing idiotic things that a large amount of people in modified cars can be seen doing everyday. But what about the girl whom drove a Volkswagen Golf with '8' people and lost control into a lightpole that resulted in 2 dead 'boot passengers'? Was she not negligent in realising the car drove like a piece of shit with so many people in it? I certainly notice the difference in my 200sx with 4 people, handling is alot less agile, acceleration is on par with a v6 commodore. I feel sorry for the Skyline guy, he's going to get the book thrown at him, not only because he is a young, P-plater performance car owner driving with a pack of modified cars, but because he was MALE. Its a ridiculous double standard which i first realised when i was appealing a minor fine in court, with mid-range DUI females getting the same punishment as low-range males. The fact the female driver 'Volkswagen woman' had expensive lawyers because of her 'supposedly prominent' father only further illustrates the horrible state of the legal system. She got away with NOTHING! Because she was doing the right thing being the only sober person driving her friends home.... Well, if her father is such a 'prominent person' in the community, surely she could afford to send a few friends home in a cab. This incident was described as an 'accident'. I am sure in the media we will find out the Skyline owner did this on purpose, because accidents can't be proved to be accidents without rich lawyers!
  17. My brother got busted doing 122 in a 60 zone on his modified R1. He got away with a 3 month suspension which involved his drivers licence too. Any suspension means suspension of any RTA licence.
  18. I was thinking about this the other day.. Its basically international with hotted up cars. When i'm in NY i notice it alot, also in Miami etc. Who knows where it came from, but most people that do it think 'hostility = cool'. When in fact their 'cool = hardcore top bloke!'
  19. Edge, nice post............ The wife part :whip:
  20. You'd be best off looking in the yellow pages for jap wreckers that have R33 front cuts so you can pick and choose what parts you want.
  21. St Ives Shopping Village........... Right? Losing the back end, taking out the front left side into a telegraph pole with a 5 tonne garbage truck behind nearly running me over! & Racing a stolen Liberty RS in Ryde, which ended up being chased by cops (after the little sprint) for the next 2hrs to somewhere out west. Never got busted for racing! Heard about it in the papers the next day. Absolutely crazy thinking i got busted for racing, with 3 x highway patrols on the guys tail, he just kept going!
  22. I'm getting a sign shop to make a sticker replica of my front plate.
  23. Does anyone here currently use the digital boost display without a boost guage? I'd like to have it sitting on top of the steering column in an easy to see position so a gauge won't be necessary. It isn't fitted yet, but i am curious what you people have to say.
  24. You're safe. Post office will take care of the rest!
