Hi. Few questions: 1) What year is the car? 2) How many klms on the dash (I know its had a rebuild but I still would like to know ) 3) What damage is there to the Trust front bar? Is it very minor or is it really noticable? 4) Could you supply me with more pictures, specifically of the interior, and the damage to the trust front bar. 5) What is the go with the bonnet? It looks like its been freshly put on and hasn't been painted yet? 6) If I got the car checked out at my panel beater here in Brisbane, and he concluded the damage wasn't significant enough to damage the actual structure and rigidity of the car, I would be interested in possibly trading my Swift GTi for your car + a small amount of money from you. To quickly sum up, its a 94, 100,500kms, Air con, Lowered on king springs with Koni sports (Yellows) shocks, 2" cat back, has full Cultus japanese spec GTi motor, POD filter, black in colour. Very cheap on fuel, goes well when you want it to, its my first car so I've babied it, it's been great never had any issues. Hope to hear from you soon.

I am going to ask the judge if I can pay off the fine in community service hours, as I don't have a job at the moment and am studying fulltime at university. EnricoPalazzo I was not DUI (driving under the influence), if you read up on your drink driving law you will see that to be classified as DUI you have to have a blood alcohol level equal to or in excess of 0.15, I was 0.12. I've already acknowledged what I did was stupid and in the wrong, and I don't think in any way that i'll be able to get "off", but a reduced penalty would of course be nice predator666 unfortunately I can't afford a lawyer, however I rung up a legal firm and received some helpful free legal advice from them. I'm going to represent myself, and address the judge for a little under 5 minutes presenting my case. As for future work prospects, I don't think it will really affect them if I receive a conviction for the drink driving charge (which I probably will) as drink driving isn't classed as a criminal offense, but rather a traffic offense, so I guess I'm lucky in that sense. I can't really put anything off, because I have already been summoned to appear in court in about 3 weeks, the incident happened about 1 week ago. Whatever I do get I deserve, because it was a stupid thing to do. I just hope it doesn't impact upon me that greatly

Just to quickly hi-jack this thread, last week I was caught drink driving on a Wednesday night on the way to picking some mates up from the local pub (Incredibly stupid I know, please dont remind me ) I blew 0.12 on the official breathalyzer at the police station. Does anyone else have any experience with drink driving charges? I am 18 and this is my first ever offense, Ie. I have never even received a speeding fine. Actually, come to think of it I received a $60 fine for parking in a loading zone for 10 mins near the city about 8 months ago, but that's nothing major I would like to know if anyone has had a similar experience and if so what their outcome was. Also to sikSII I would reckon your best option would be to plead guilty in court, make a case for yourself to try and reduce your suspension/fine, and pray for a nice judge on the day. With that speed in that zone there isn't much you can do Cheers guys

Oh my god how nice do these 89' R32 GTR's look for the money! Can't give a direct link but if you goto http://www.prestigemotorsport.com.au and click on CURRENT STOCK its the white GTR up the top for $16,600. Is it just me or should buyers be sceptical of these cheap 89' cars? I'm guessing they wouldn't be in exactly the best condition I'm considering importing a 89 model R32 GTS-T as my first turbo RWD car but this fear of it being in shite condition and having the piss already thrashed out of it is holding me back.

R31Nismoid thanks for the reply mate, sounds like you got a pretty good deal When are you gonna up the boost a tad? Should yield some very impressive results 190rwkw from only 9psi is quite nice indeed. Was the $14,500 the total cost including everything? Ie. rego/stamp duty etc etc
