thanks, but it honestly has to be rust, i understand what you are saying but after getting second opinoins it appears to be rust spots, i honestly don't know why or how, maybe previous owner was a beach goer and the salt from the beach got to it, not too sure, i will see if a detailer will get them out for me as for the boot, it is not serious as yet so i will stick to my plan and get my engine mods first thanks kris

Hi all, I have had my car for over a week now and today have noticed, after cleaning the carbon build up from my bumper that there are small pin sized rust spots all over the car, i am pretty sure it is rust as it is the same color as rust, it is not paint. I can get these rust spots out with polish, but it will be a big job, to polish the whole car, I will get it professionally detailed, machine buffed, etc.. to get rid of them, seems the easiest way, has anyone had a similar problem, or know what causes this? Also, i have a large rust area where the boot lid has been scratched, what is the best way to stop this from rusting further and cleaning it up? thanks Kris

I did get the car checked by speedworks, it passed the compression test, leak test, etc.. and checked out fine, i totally forgot to ask about boost whilst i was their cause i was too excited about getting a turbo car, yeah i will go to SST and do what you said Kris

Morning All, I had a NA Skyline for almost two years and recently bought a turbo, i have only had it for a week and feel as though when driving it for the first time it was fast, now it just feels it is lacking power, do you guys think this has something to do with me previously driving a NA Skyline? My new car was originally boosted at 12 with no new injectors, or ecu, etc.. it was just boosted with a bleed valve, and when taking it for a test drive at about 4000 - 5000 revs it would like jump back, i've been told that was the ecu stopping it? anyway, the boost was turned down, but i think it was turned down too much cause the standard boost guage doesn't reach 7 when fully going at it, with adjusting boost with the bleed valve, is it easy, i have never done it before and don't want to stuff up my car. or should i get someone like cypher or xspeed to do it for me? Pretty sure mine has been changed then, i have had 2 skylines and both times no seatbelt light, are their supposed to be wires, or a connector coming from the seatbelt? cheers kris

i thought that the seatbelt fastened feature was removed and seatbelts replaced during compliance? Kris

Hi All, Just bought myself a new car, the only problem with it is that it smells of fuel when driving sometimes, i thought that it might be engine related, but after getting the engine checked, etc. it was fine. I filled up fuel this afternoon for the first time and noticed that the fuel restricter could pull right out, it wasn't in properly and the actual rubber seal is gone, could this be the culprit, i am pretty sure it is, and where can i get this fixed? thanks Kris
