Have 2 rebuilt TD05H 18G turbos up for sale. The turbos have been rebuilt professionally with new bearings, seals, and high flowed with garret shaft, compressor wheels and turbine wheels. Compressor wheels are trimmed to4e wheels, not to sure on turbine specs other then they have been back cut for higher exhaust flow. I'm selling them as they will no longer suit my application. Willing to separate $800 each $1500 for both in Brisbane wil frieght at buyers expense Please don't PM as I don't check often 0415 615 058

A no limit on the Brissy to Gold coast highway would be great ... you would just need a police biltz on the exsiting slow arse drivers who inist on driving in the right lanes instead of sticking to the left lane... I would like to see a specific study on crash stastics linked to these guys.

Arrrgh how frustrating ! Wish you a speedy recovery

Again good work guys. Does anyone have a simplified version of your legal rights when pulled over in Queensland? Or know which piece of legislation would have that information? And a list of does and don’ts with the twenty questions? If I can get some spare time I will try look into this more. This would be great to post up, keep a copy in your car. Either way we are all going to get pulled over for some reason. Nismo Girl: your right, you can generally get the feel for a cop car tailing even at night, like a 6th sense.

I have seen some of the R33 GTR half cuts go for around $12-$15k on some of the importer websites ....

Does anyone know how to prepare a fibreglass part for painting? I guess there will be some sanding and maybe some filling involved. Does anyone have any tips on sandpaper and the type of fill/bog I should use? Any techniques? I have been told to use a sanding block .... I was going to get the panel beaters to paint and fit the stealth wing while fixing the Excel mark on the skyline. (Hopefully after 2 an extra weeks my car is ready today.) But they said it would cost heaps due to the extra 4 hours of preparation involved as I bought the wing unpainted/prepared..

... my question was already answered ..

I bought privately through the trading post. I got to test 3 skylines (and a couple of 180sxs). I ended up with a well priced car within a couple of weeks that had all the mods I was after ... no hassels, no suprises There a lot of Skylines in australia now ... buy locally !

and while we are talking about camber my front right wheel has more camber then the left (as in +ve? bald inside ) which effects the steering (drags to the left even after alignment ... cause ... a possible bent axel stub (the big chunk of metal with wheel and brake attached) would adjustable camber tops fix this temp ? I will be after them anyway (running base model ) or adjustable castor rods I have no idea about suspension/handling set up at the moment.

Hey fellas....car buying decisions...*sigh*
Blackness replied to a topic in General Automotive Discussion
what about a turbo SR20 s13 Silva ? Money you might save could be put towards a skyline latter on .. plus you would pick up one with some decent mods around the 12k -
Chapman & Chapman in the Gabba Will do a good job but it is at $69/hour ... just check out the cars in the workshop... Depends on what you want to get done so if its a general service do most of it yourself or stick to the guys you know if you think they are good.

What is it with Holden drivers?
Blackness replied to HSVKLR's topic in General Automotive Discussion
Encourge everyone to drive a commodore, just tell them you bought the skyline because you couldn't handle the generals power ..... we don't want the :whackit: to be come enlightened and start "enhancing" the image of skyline owners -
MRE Its great to see this might become a regular thing.... I currently have the drift skills of a greased brick ... I know slip is trying to organise a practice/trainig session ... do you know of any other training sessions ?

Rasi has a point with the "cheaper" price of std RB25 turbos ....... I had given it some thought as well ... however the cost of a custom six cylinder dual turbo manifold would make it a lot cheaper to go a different turbo ....
