  1. steven, you have alot of knowledge to catch up on. Maybe someone can point you toward some sites that explain technical matters like 'how a turbo works'. I wouldn't be doing any work to the car if i were you. Let a qualified mechanic do it for you as the main thing here is to look after your car and not to kill it. Scott
  2. ROFL! Is this the second round of the Zdenko/VLMuzza thing?
  3. If i was made of money i would get that, but i seem to put go fast bits first.
  4. That bar i really like. Hrmmm. It's got me really thinking about doing away with my current front bar.
  5. 2 stroke got no guts? and you had 2 heavy pieces of crap suzuki 4 strokers and they went ok? I don't get it.
  6. Don't waste your time with a 125 man. I got sick of mine just like that...you have to ride them flat bickies to get anywhere. With a 250 you can just put around and squirt it.
  7. Sorry guys....last night was a little too overwhelming for me...woke up this morning and it was 11;00.
  8. Blitz is on the Gold Coast...they do all sorts of fibreglass work. Scott

  17. FMIC's are standard on GTR's
  18. Yeah i second what ZERO said. Regards, Scott
  19. darrin, if i were to buy the piping, would that mean i would have to get rid of my stock airbox? Scott
  20. OK thanks for the help guys. I was told that SS was a better option by a few people. They said that aluminium held the heat longer....so obviously that is BS. I think i will go with aluminium now as it will be alot easier on my bank account. Skyrine Dave, i have never actually thought of doing it that way. Good idea. But i think the problem i would face by doing it this way is that the piping will interfere with my stock airbox.....and i want to keep it. Correct me if i'm wrong. Oh and thanks Darrin, i totally forgot when you told me that. Should make life easier for me now. Regards, Scott
  21. I'm about to put a Hybrid 600x300x76 intercooler on my 32 GTS-t. And i want to order the piping. I am planning on using all 2.5 inch stainless grade 304. I am aware that i need two 3->2.5inch reducers. It's the bends and what length straights that i require info for. What bends and how many etc.... I know this is a RB25 pic, but i want to route my piping like this. And if possible, incorporate the existing piping from the turbo down into behind the front bar. If anyone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated... Scott
  22. RB20 all the way!
  23. Dave, My camera is a Canon Powershot G2. Works rather well....after all, it is 4 megapixel. Regards, Scott
  24. I've never taken a great deal of notice to where actually the return pipe meets between the turbo and AFM. But i think it should be ok to use a rubber or silicon item as long as the manifold heat shield is in between the manifold and whatever you wanna use. As i have routed a rubber pipe mistakenly wrong once and it actually got pushed under the heat shield and very close to the manifold. Consequently the outside of the pipe started to melt. Lucky i spotted it and moved it so it ran along the outside of the heat shield and presto, no problems. I would try to source the factory item first, as it shouldn't be hard to get. By the way the second pic you got there is my engine bay. And in the next week or so i will have a catch can fitted. One that recirculates. Regards, Scott
  25. Yeah i'm prolly only up for a lazy cruise as i my fmic most likely won't be on and summer is coming on.
