You have to watch, the rail pass we used was for Japan Rail, one of the lines you had to switch to a different company but the ticket was only 300yen or so each Pretty sure disney was all japan rail

https://www.ceruleantower-hotel.com/en/ We stayed here in Shibuya, it was amazing, has a gym but they charge decently to use it, food and service was 5 star Disney resort looks really good, was about 30mins? out of tokyo by train, super autobacs 2 stops down

We caught the train from Narita into tokyo by rail pass, you can activate them at the train platform under the airport. The people there are very helpful and spoke english. Had a rail pass for 1 week while we were there, the last week we winged it and paid for the tickets, and it was fairly cheap to get around. Google maps had the colour of the train lines to go off which helped heaps
